I went to Le Klub for the Emily Wells concert and I found it to be an intimate and pretty chill venue. I really like the way the venue looks and how close the miniature stage was to the audience. They get a bonus point for the excellent location as well. If you get off the metro at Chatelet, you'll be very, very close to the venue (which is located by lots of shopping, cafes, and restaurants).
I wasn't a fan of 2 things: the lack of coordination in terms of timing & the very light drinks. The tickets & website said that doors open at 7:30pm so that's when I (and others) arrived; in fact the doors didn't open until around 8:15pm. We were standing around outside for about 45 minutes and the man at the door wasn't notifying anyone of when doors would open so we had to keep badgering him every 15 minutes to find out if the doors were open for our performance (it seems like there are multiple performances per night as there seem to be multiple stages within the building). Also, the mixed drinks are reasonably priced at 6 euros but don't expect to get a full shot in your drink! I think this may have been the lightest drink (well, drinks, because I had two) I've had in Paris (and maybe ever).
