We had a fantastic holiday in Annecy, in part thanks to this excellent accommodation. Spacious, well air-conditioned (essential given the summer heat), and excellently located (a very short walk to the old town and all its fabulous restaurants), with great parking for a large car, we couldn't have asked for more. But there was more - the concierge dropped off outside our door a beautiful breakfast at 8am each morning, which set each day off perfectly. They were also very understanding when we arrived very late due to traffic. Highly recommend.

Air conditioning did not work at all, despite a week of trying with the Concierge service. In fact, during a heat wave, the floor radiant heat came on without warning and took 3 days to turn off. Then the apartment next door (which shares our patio) was broken into during daylight hours by 2 men who stole jewelry and ran off. We then noticed one of our windows and a door has broken locks, which suggests our apartment has been broken into before.

Excellent welcome and communication. Beautiful apartment with great location. Bedrooms had first class cotton bedding and cannot fault supply of towels. Showers and bathrooms first class. Continental Breakfast was delivered to door by 8am and was great.

Great accommodation well situated. Super for families. All the amenities that you could need. Electrics are too complicated and difficult to understand. Couldn't switch the heat down in my bedroom. Not cheap but worth the price. Strongly recommended.

This is a great appartment for an Annecy getaway with a large group! Just amazing location, the concierge was just wonderful to talk to and extremely helpful. The place was very clean

Quartier pas terrible surtout le soir. Pourtant à côté du centre. Chauffage réglé automatiquement...donc pas possible de contrôler le thermostat. Dommage. L’âtre ne fonctionne pas...et à mon avis depuis bien longtemps. La personne qui vous accueil est gentille. Parking facile d’utilisation.
