Great place with amazing Parfums! Very interesting idea, where they mix all ingredients together right in the store. Also ladies were very nice and helpful 🥰

Stopped here on my birthday and the two girls working were excellent. I walked in not knowing what scent I wanted and they were both extremely patience and helpful in helping me choose a scent that fit me best. Highly recommend this location in Paris.

I came in looking for a new scent and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Caterina was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and attentive without ever being overbearing. She has a natural way of making you feel welcome and at ease, and it was a rare and lovely experience when buying a new scent. I will be back not just for the perfume, but for her service.

Open the bag, get the box out and check your product every time. I ordered the noir with the staff but turned out the staff give me another 13. The perfume was packed in the fabric bag so I didn’t see the box at that moment otherwise I could have asked them to change. I already left France. If they do not allow me to exchange another 13 with the noir it would be such a waste of money and time and I feel so upset. I kindly request the management team to advise how can I approach this and I will remove my negative review. :(

Had an amazing in store experience, the staff was nice and really dedicated to helping me find the best gifts ! Everything smells amazing, and like I already said, a great sales assistant makes for more than half of the moment !

Superb friendly staff, amazing scent and fragrances. Though it is still a little bit expensive, but worth every penny of money. You can actually test the perfume on your skin before purchase (their staff will recommended as well). A must-visit place if you love perfume

Stopped in here on my birthday to get a 15ml of Another 13 since I find the full bottle annoying to travel with. Seemed like they barely tolerated my business. Was in and out in about 10 minutes.

I love Le Labo's scents so I was excited to stop by the store and buy a full sized bottle. I was impressed at the customer service and got my bottle customized with my name. They mixed it right in the store for me and made the tax refund process super quick and easy.

The lady who helped me , had the worst customer service towards me . If I wasn't buying this for my mother , I would of walked out . I asked if there were any samples she recommended and she acted as if she could understand me . The people after me , her whole attitude changed. The lady in the back literally helped me because that's how rude the person on the register was . I would give 0 stars if I could . And they still got my $$$ only because my mother loves this scent that's sold only in Paris . But I'll definitely go to a different location moving forward. Who ever worked this day at 13:48 at this location is the reason I'll never walk in that location again .

Been buying Le Labo fragrances for years. I purchased a bar of a soap at $36 Euros while on holiday, went back two days later as I was not happy with the lack of a of a scent as I would have wanted. I asked to return the item and I was flat out told I could not return it and I was not even offered to exchange it for an alternate product. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Won't be buying from a boutique in the future as Saks and Neiman Marcus would be best as far as being able to return an remorseful purchase..
