Le Léman Hôtel

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and comfortable with great views of the lake! It was also very quiet, even sleeping with the window open. The owner was friendly and the breakfast was great. Would stay again!

Had the room with the lake view and it was breathtaking! The staff was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was excellent! Walking distance to the town center where everything is. Beautiful location. Only 45 mins from the airport.

Very nice staff. Really proactively took care of my desires like storing and charging my bike. Marvelous breakfast. Great view from the breakfast room.

The location, garden, terrace and view of Lake Geneva is fantatic with the wonderful mountain backdrop unfortunately the staff gave the impression of being totally stressed, disorganised even though the hotel was not fully occupied. No service in the garden for evening drinks, nobody came to ask what one wanted. Dinner was split into 2 sitting due to the new regulations, we have no problem with these regulations. We arrived 5 minutes before the arranged time of 19:00 for our reserved table, guests were queuing waiting to be seated, staff were rushing around , guests waiting for the menu and wine list. Eventually seated we had to wait 20 minutes before the menu was brought to the table. On requesting a wine list the waiter was very short and abrupt, even though we speak perfect French. No communication, guests seemed a burden. The dinner quality was good and portions were good but we felt under stress to finish for the 20:30 second seating. Breakfast was total chaotic, stressed staff, long waiting times which does n't lead to happy guests. Check-out was unbelievable unprofessional , long queue, chaotic, many booking and invoice mistakes, staff were not even in the position to print out a requested invoice. It's unbelievable from a country that has the worlds leading hotel and catering colleges that the Hotel Le Leman has such poor trained staff who are on the contact customer front. It's a real shame as the rooms were very reasonably priced, clean and well equipped

What more can you say when a hotel room has views like the one in my pictures?!||Amazing!||The room was fine - nothing too basic or fancy - and really clean and comfortable. Was a bit strange that there were no proper curtains in it, just net curtains but the room was not overlooked and it was high up so no issue for me!||Staff were efficient and friendly and the breakfast was adequate. Great to have parking available too.

This hotel is well located close to the main Samaritan Hospital and 10 minutes from the lake. It is a basic exterior with a petrol station and limited facilities other than the excellent restaurant but very good clean rooms (ask for a room with the beautiful lake view) and a very pleasant and helpful owner. We stayed for a week as a family member was in the hospital but it was a thoroughly comfortable and enjoyable stay and a 10 minute walk to the lake and 15 minutes to the station and the town centre. The owner could not have been more helpful e.g. making omelettes for our grandson in hospital.

I stayed for multiple days in the Le Leman hotel.||||Although my arrival did not feel great as the hotel is 'attached' to a gas station, I was surprised by the quality of the room; the room in particular and the hotel in general looked like it has been recently renovated. The breakfast is decent and served in a room with views on the lake as well as the mountains.||||One downside would be the location; although you can walk to the center of Vevey, it takes about 15 minutes. Furthermore, we found the restaurant a bit pricy for the food served.
