Perfect location, extremely clean, spacious and modern rooms, and Rosalie is an outstanding hostess who takes care of those staying at her Bed & Breakfast. The continental breakfast is available between 0830-1000 with fresh croissants, various cheeses, yogurt, crepes, bread, orange juice, and coffee. We greatly appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay at Le Limas.

Centrally located, very clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Rosalie also made dinner recommendations each evening and even booked our reservations ensuring we had delicious meals.

What a great little gem of a hotel. We really loved it and particularly the gorgeous terrace. Had the third floor room, but that wasn't a problem at all, especially as it had the best terrace access. Some reviews have complained about the lack of a lift, but its really not that far and it's not a building you could or should put a lift into. We turned down the kind offer of an upgrade to a lower down larger room for the latter part of our stay. Rosalie was a great and helpful host, the bed was very comfortable, the shower very good and the breakfast simple, but very nice. The hotel is also very well located close to this brilliant town and the mighty Rhone river.

We had a wonderful short stay here! The room looks exactly like the pictures and the location is central to most attractions as well as the train station. Breakfast includes a variety of croissants, bread, jams, cheeses, yogurts and crepes from 8:30 am-10am. No elevator in the building but good thing theres not too many floors to climb. Staying here is a great way to meet others and the host is a lovely person. We enjoyed our time here very much.

This bed and breakfast has rooms that are much bigger than your average hotel. It also has a terrace on the third floor where you can bring a bottle of wine and enjoy. The downside is you have stairs to get to your rooms. The breakfast is standard French, but it could use more protein and fruit.

Pure delight! Rosalie is the host above all hosts. It took a moment for us to notice the intimate touches provided for her guests. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. If you appreciate art then you will enjoy the abundance of eye catching art throughout. Next you will take in all the little accoutrements that Rosalie provides before you need to ask for them - So thoughtful. Breakfast on the upper deck was delightful and delicious, especially the coffee, cheese selection, and pancakes (crepes) and croissants. Rosalie brings guests together to eat, drink, and be merry. Wonderful to learn about others and how their trip has been enhanced by Rosalie. All her dinning suggestions proved to be more delectable after the other. We were so enamored by Rosalie and this beautiful old walled in city. Can't wait to come back to explore areas we missed and of course enjoy Rosalie's special guest home!

Our stay at Le Limas was superb. Rosalie greeted us and provided warm service (in excellent English whenever our elementary French faltered!) throughout our stay, including providing a tasty breakfast spread, giving local recommendations, and helping us with travel mishap (she arranged a last minute taxi when our train to the airport was severely delayed). We were able to walk everywhere and would highly recommend Le Limas to anyone looking to explore Avignon and beyond!

Yelp
The owner is super nice. She gave me tour suggestions and even went out of her way to call travel agencies. The place is clean, quiet and close to all the major attractions, restaurants and the Central train station ( not TGV)

Yelp
This is the perfect B&B, with a charming hostess who also functions as your own personal tourist bureau. The large bedrooms are beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, with large modern bathrooms. My room on the first floor looks out on a neighborhood square with large trees where you can sit out and relax and be part of the neighborhood. A delicious, healthy breakfast is served downstairs in the sunny reception room or weather permitting, on the terrace on the top floor that overlooks the pope's castle. A larger square with good restaurants is a two minute walk away.

Yelp
Marion Wagner is an excellent hostess, friendly and knowledgeable. Free wifi. We has the cheminee room which was comfortable and spacious. Tastefully furnished with art on the walls. The herb lotion and shampoo welcoming scents. King sized bed. Breakfast is calfouti fruit, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, yogurt. Served 8-10 AM daily. She has umbrellas and many travel books for you to borrow should you need. Good location. Terrace is lovely as well but it rained during my stay so couldn't take advantage.

Yelp
We were welcomed into Le Limas by it's wonderful owners Rosalie and Eric who could not have been more accommodating for our stay! The breakfast was exceptional, the room beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Lastly the location was perfect. In short this place is a gem and should be on the top of anyone's list of where to stay overnight or a week. We felt fortunate to have booked a room here as our hosts were terrific and the B&B very comfortable, clean and well appointed!
