Le Loft d’Annecy is, without a doubt, one of the most stunning places to stay in the heart of Annecy. Perfectly located in the center of town, it offers the rare balance of feeling tucked away and private, while still being steps from all the action. The design is a beautiful blend of modern luxury and timeless charm: exposed wooden beams, elegant French doors that open onto views of the canals on one side, and the castle from the rooftop. Inside, the space is as functional as it is beautiful, with three bathrooms one of which includes a sauna and an oversized bathtub. It somehow manages to feel both cozy and expansive, intimate and impressive. Alexandra is the PERFECT host — thoughtful, generous, and always prepared. You can count on a bottle of champagne in the fridge, local cheese to snack on, and a fully stocked coffee bar. Staying here during the Animation Festival makes the whole experience even more unforgettable — like being at home, but with all the style and presence of someone who’s made it in the industry. Every year, I cannot wait to go back.

We loved our stay at the loft. Everything was pristine and perfect for our stay. The location couldn’t be better and the view from the windows was magnificent. The modern clean decor added to the ambiance.

Just back from a fabulous stay at The Loft! It is such a special property in a prime location in Annecy. The views from the living room are hard to beat! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed for a beautiful stay. Alexandra was the best host you could ever wish for. Everything was thought of and she went the extra mile to make our stay perfect! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Annecy. We were sad to leave but we will be back!

Our stay in Annecy was lovely, and the loft was amazing. We had incredible views of the medieval town and the canal, with the mountains and lake in the distance. The spacious loft has modern touches with a cozy charm, and large windows flood the space with natural light. It's the perfect place to relax after exploring Annecy’s historic streets. Alexandra was so helpful and accommodating, and she made our stay incredibly smooth. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

The loft was incredible. The loft is in a perfect location with incredible views over the canal. We enjoyed opening the large window doors and listening to the sounds. The loft is very beautiful and Alexandra and her company are incredibly accommodating and helpful. We felt like we were at a five star resort. Highly recommend!

After staying at hundreds of hotels over the past 45 years I can honestly say that this is the best that we have ever rented. The loft is huge, modern, spotless and a place that we wished we owned. It is in the heart... of the heart...of the heart of Annecy. If you want restaurants, activities and views it doesn't get better than this. If you want peace and quiet all you have to do is close the windows and relax. The areas around this rental are very clean and very safe. I have no words that can fully give this space the credit it deserves. My wife and I will definitely come back and re-energize our souls. Five stars all day long on this!
