Best restaurant in the area. After two weeks of eating out every day, we finally landed here — and what an experience.
The quality, refinement, and generosity of the cooking were evident in every bite. Everything is homemade, and the chef is a certified Maître Restaurateur — something you can taste in the care and precision of the dishes.
If you’re considering splurging on lobster, this is absolutely the place to do it. I would trust them over any other restaurant to respect the product and make it truly worth it. My lobster salad was expertly cooked, with interesting flavours that subtly complemented the lobster and added depth without ever overpowering it.
The tomato tatin was extremely tasty and beautifully balanced, with a sweet reduction of tomato juices that really elevated the dish. It takes a kilo of tomatoes to make a single small tatin, and it’s exactly the kind of dish you don’t find everywhere.
For dessert, the apple tatin with salted butter caramel was phenomenal— easily one of the best I’ve ever eaten.
Every detail counts here. The slice of pineapple on our cocktail glasses was the best pineapple we had in Guadeloupe, and the small natural straws made it possible to enjoy our drinks comfortably throughout the meal.
Allez-y et revenez-y les yeux fermés 🫶
