Le Mas de Cotignac

We have found our favourite spot in Provence. 2025 we visited Mas de Cotignac two times. As always it is a wonderful pleasure coming back. The rooms, the garden, the pool, the meals are all of a very high quality. The Mas is extremely well maintained to every little detail. it is so relaxing beeing there.|The day starts with a delicious breakfast. Afterwards we like to go around in the wonderful area of Provence verte, coming back to the property enjoying the lovely pool with a drink before an excellant dinner. |The dinners are a «symphonie fantastique» as come to the ingredients, the presentation and the flavour and taste. It is simply incredible what Denis is able to create. |The wines from their rich winemenu, bring the meals up to amaxing heights.|Sylvie and Denis are the most welcoming and caring hosts and make us feel very much at home. |THANK YOU also this year. |See you next year which will be our 7th stay.

Provence is an amazing part of the word and we were lucky enough to be recommended this fabulous guest house.|We had a magical stay at Le Mas de Cotignac. Quite simply one of the best places we have stayed at. The pool area and the grounds in general are great and a really tranquil place to relax. The rooms are immaculate. ||The attention to detail and quality is top notch. Denis is a top and chef and the food was simple delicious. A significant amount of the ingredients come from their garden and are made on site. From the kiwi and ginger jam, strawberry cake at breakfast to the mushroom stuffed courgette topped with a lamb filled pastry that looks like a Christmas cracker. And the gravy... WOW! Plus it is half board so the dinners are included in the price! ||On top of all of this Denis and Sylvie are wonderful hosts who have really given a lot of thought to their business. Their attention to detail is first class. Plus as an added bonus, Denis has a wicked sense of humour. :)||I know this is an effusive review however Le Mas de Cotignac deserves nothing less. We will be back!

Le Mas de Cotignac is a true oasis of calm. The food is exceptional and Denis and Sylvie are the most welcoming and wonderful hosts. Every detail made our stay perfect. We had an excellent time and cannot wait to return.

Such a magical place. From the moment one enters through the iron gate, Denis beckoning, you know that you are in a very special place.|Serene, tastefully appointed, nature-oriented and discreet. Impeccable without pretense, comfortable without excess, and delicious beyond description. And the cats are the veritable cherry on top. Thank you Denis and Sylvie for the unexpected delights!

We are grateful for our stay at Le Mas de Cotignac! It is located close to many vineyards and easily accessible by car. Our rooms were equipped with everything we needed (e.g. bathrobes for the pool). The food was amazing! After each hike, we were very much looking forward to the delicious dinner Denis cooked for us. Everything was beautifully prepared, fresh and sometimes even out of the own garden. Most of all, we appreciated the hospitality of Denis and Sylvie and are looking forward to our next stay :)
