On the fence. Depends what you're looking for. Beautiful premises, deer in the field visible on balcony eating at Michelin restaurant at sunset , very clean, spacious room , amazing outdoor patio overlooking expansive countryside, gorgeous stone buildings, communal pool area....vs. a bit isolated, must have reservations for all meals within 10 mile radius, and as a Canadian despite A2 French skills, felt a bit underserved. On check in, tour ended abruptly when my wife requested bathroom stop...told to wait on veranda until room available where we watched French couple who checked in behind us get royal tour with explanation of all amenities. Had to request " the rest of the tour" to get equal information otherwise would have sat there uniformed. Again, overall beautiful amenities and surroundings, but for a 5 star, not as friendly as Chateau Eza and I would be a little wary for those who don't speak much/fluent French. Overall enjoyed our stay with location close to beautiful villages and lavendar exploration routes, but next time would look closer to Gordes.
