Warm cafe, mixture of old bar and new dining room. Creative food both in taste and presentation had the Saumon Gravlax and Supreme de Pintade a type of small hen, choco for desert. Great service, a little challenged with translation since having a data problem. Lesson learned as someone who likes to tip for service, I thought I was adding 6€ to the bill and lost in translation the bill was doubled, it was an overall great experience so I just hope the owner pays it forward or to staff….

Wonderful! Highly recommend!
The service was lovely, the waitress kindly translated the menu for us and gave recommendations.
The food was delicious.
A real authentic family run bistro.
The 7.50€ bottle house wine is an added bonus that tasted very nice.
Thank you for a lovely dinner this evening. We are grateful for your hospitality.
The honey sauce duck was exquisite! And the Mediterranean vegetables was a nice touch.

The place is okay, but not that special depending on what you go for.
The menu is a small blackboard that they move around the restaurant to different tables, so it might take a while before you even get to see it. Not only there's just the one menu, but it's only written in French, which caused my partner to order some kidneys without knowing. We did have a fish salad which was surprisingly delicious but ALERT: raw fish in it! I had duck, really good. But the best of this place is their tarte tatin!! OMG, apples with a very thin dough and ice-cream!! I think it's a bit pricey for the amount we ate.

The first review I’ve ever written because it’s that’s bad, if 1 person reads this and doesn’t go then it was worth writing about this experience. In his words ‘no complaints’ so I’ll have to write it here instead.
The waiter who lost our order to start after trying to take it twice. I saw on the next table he delivered the wrong order to the wrong table, to which they started eating it for him to come out and give it to right table. Another table returned their water as it was off. (How it that even possible). Main course took 1.5hrs to arrive. Food was terrible. Went to pay (not sure why we did to be honest) and they lost what we had, guy behind the bar just rude. I’ve just woken up after being sick all night - PLEASE JUST AVOID.

Food is ok, but. Garçon forgot to bring a few items promised, like wine chiller. We also got a different bottle of wine (cheaper) than the one ordered. Finally, also got a bill full of mistakes. 🤔 plenty of plausible deniability, but double check everything while ordering. Also, you’re sitting next to somewhat busy street, and there’s a distinct smell of sewage from construction site next door. Your mileage may vary

Dined on a Sunday night and had a great time. Food was delicious, service perfect and I love the old cafe area of the restaurant. A friendly and professional staff team that put up very nicely with our dodgy French communication.

Overall, I was very happy with this place and would definitely recommend if in the area. Good service, good quality food, great views, quaint ambiance. The only thing that wasn't great was the bun used on the burger I ordered. The meat was excellent, however the bun was dry and thick so it took away from the taste of the succulent beef. The rum cake is very strong (but very good) so if you order it, pour sparingly. I would definitely come back here if in the area.
