Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark

What an amazing trip we have had here. The resort is fantastic and the staff can’t do enough for you. The Horizon Pool Bar needs a special mention for the staff and the food, their biscoff cheesecake was the best cheesecake we have ever had! It was a great bonus to have the water park next door for our two boys. Another bonus was being able to use The Westin restaurants in the neighbouring hotel-Baba Steakhouse and the Thai restaurant were fab. ||All staff so friendly and helpful and we had the best time. We can’t wait to go back!!

We are a family of 4 traveling from the UK. |We chose this hotel on the basis we could book all inclusive as food and drinks can be expensive . ||The food in the hotel is to a high standard. |I do find it frustrating though that you can’t order all the food that is offered. |You are limited on what you can order. |We have dined in the all a cart restaurants which again are fabulous but again you are limited on what you can order. ||Good selection of alcohol drinks included apart from no Malibu, personal presence maybe but a little frustrating when other spirits are offered. ||Your all inclusive starts from 12pm so until then you are only allowed water, tea and coffee. ||One thing that is really annoying me is the fact that unless you set your alarm for 7am and reserve your sun lounger by the pool, you ain’t getting one. Also, if you leave your lounger to go for lunch you will come back to find another family sitting in your spot! |I feel this could be managed better but unsure how as the place is too small for the amount of guests staying. ||To sum up, a beautiful and clean hotel, food is great, service is fab. |I think it’s made better by the fact you can use all 3 hotels. If this wasn’t an option the place would be boring and quite frankly rubbish with one small pool.

We have been coming to the Le Meridian for 6 years now and there’s a reason we keep coming back! |The room is perfectly clean (Nihal), the servers in the restaurant take the time to get to know you (Kevin amongst others) the gentleman around the pool bar (Jhaymar Lwin, Menaka Ajay, Laksiri and Mohammed Ali at the valet and Dipti at concierge who spent so much time taking care of my family and I. This hotel is personal and feels like family. It feels like you’re coming home. The facilities are incredible with the water park and numerous restaurants. We love coming back here and will continue too. The staff make the holiday. Le meridian we love you!

I would like to thank the receptionist at the hotel who was truly exceptional and professional in his service. He treated us with great respect and kindness, and went above and beyond to help us. He arranged the best family rooms for us, all close to each other and on the same floor, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. His attitude was classy and extremely helpful. We truly appreciate his efforts and wish him all the best. His name Kareem in reception..

Perfect family resort! The waterpark was a hit with the kids clean, fun, and safe. Pools were spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing fresh, tasty, and had a great variety for everyone. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Rooms were clean and perfect for families. Highly recommend!

My family and I have just got home from the most wonderful 8 night stay. The rooms are lovely and clean, spacious and just perfect. Muhammad Ali at the front of the hotel is amazing! He is one of the best members of staff they have. He remembered us from August last year and is so friendly and welcoming. Overall our stay was amazing, we’ve been repeat customers for a couple of years now and will always go back at any chance given!

Staff were amazing, particularly our room housekeeper Prashanth who kept our rooms spotless, also Kevin Mogaka at the Latest Recipe restaurant who was really engaging and was always available to help our family out. A really special than you goes to Damaciano Fernandes though who was our pool attendant who really looked after our family and made sure we had everything we needed, he was really kind and our young girls loved him, he really made our holiday a personal experience.

Enjoyed again. This in one of my favourite hotels to stay in. Very family friendly and very service oriented staff. Nice valet staff ( thank you so much Vinot Anthony and the rest, for always giving a warm welcome) And not to forget: greatttt bed and bedlinen.
