Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. They made my stay with my children truly unforgettable. The service was outstanding. When we arrived, to avoid waiting too long for our room to be cleaned, they kindly gave us access to a high-floor lounge with a stunning view of the sea and landscape, along with delicious food and drinks. The room was amazing, clean, tidy, and spacious enough for all of us. They even surprised me with a small birthday cake delivered to my room! As for the water park, pool, and beach access, my children absolutely loved them. There was so much to do, and the experience was worth every single dirham we paid. Regarding the restaurants, there were plenty of great options. We chose The Last Order restaurant, which offered live cooking stations. It happened to be French Night, and the food was excellent with great value for money. I highly recommend the buffet at this restaurant.

We had 3 adjoining rooms on the 5th floor facing the beach front. The rooms and facilities were absolutely perfect. Our only disappointment was the beach club 100 yards from the hotel, at the weekends it's very annoying as the music is very repetitive and very VERY loud. It carries on into the early morning so be mindful of this when booking this hotel. (Week nights and all day Saturdays and Sundays) We complained twice and was given a small discount on our total room bill when we left. (Roughly £60). All staff are so helpful and friendly no matter what time of the day it is. Housekeeping team were lovely, also the team of chefs are a great addition to this hotel as the food they serve is some of the best we've had (the curries were superb!). The location is perfect as the tram runs right outside the property, there is also a 24hr shop and a pharmacy with a doctor present every day! (Which we had to see as one of our party contracted a chest infection during our stay). All in all a great hotel with lots of options for all ages including a water park, swim up bar, lounge areas and a few bars. *Be aware that the Half board option gives you lots of food choices but only one round of soft drinks per meal, the rest are chargeable. Overall we had a brilliant holiday, we would stay again, albeit in a room facing the road) 😁

The staff were unbelievably attentive and couldn’t do more for you! Went 8th-14th november and was a super quiet time which was lovely, had pick of sunbeds which was nice. Food was lovely and great to be able to go between hotels for restaurants and pools etc. Super busy at the moment traffic wise at rush hour with the current construction however can’t be helped! Water activities available, definitely haggle!!!! Rooms are super clean and house keeping also came to check we were happy with it all too which i thought was lovely for them to make sure.

Your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel completely at home for the entire two weeks. Nice hotel in a good location. Service was very good and the hotel staff were quick to accommodate our needs. The facilities are great. Hotel has access to the small but fun waterpark. Kids were so happy with the pool area and the waterpark. Didn’t get the chance to get them in the kids club but we had a look around and I’m sure they would have loved it. The hotel is super family friendly! Room service was not bad, the food could be better. The room toilets didn’t go with the room aesthetic or standard but overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Honest review after staying at this hotel as well as others in Dubai. The service is attentive and friendly. The location is great but other than that there’s a lot to be desired. The rooms are tired, really tired, including stained carpets, chipped furniture, and bathrooms covered in limescale. The housekeeping isn’t great either. You can clearly see swirls and smirks on surfaces. The coffee machine was filthy, and the towels were very old, barely useable to dry. The sunbeds were all stained and dirty. They do give towels at the beach and pool areas but then the towels were also old and thin. The waterpark is overrated too. Most of it isn’t suitable for adults. The hotel grounds in desperate need of an update. The buffet restaurant wasn’t great either. The floors were sticky especially outside and the tables barely cleaned after the previous diners leave. The food is boring to say the least. Curries and roasted meats and some salads. Nothing really exceptional or inspiring. A collection of takeaway foods in one place. Breakfast pastries were good, but the rest really doesn’t match the 5 star rating. Honestly no idea how this airport is rated 5 star, and definitely not worth the price they ask. For the same price, get a room in a hotel on the palm. I don’t know why this hotel is 5 star.

We've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the third time, and it's easy to see why we keep coming back! The hospitality is exceptional - everyone is so polite and helpful. Check-in was seamless, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch. A huge shoutout to Pushpa, who made our arrival and departure extra special with his warm welcome and hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel is perfect for families, with great amenities and a wonderful atmosphere. Our only slight disappointment was the music volume and playlist coming from the neighbouring hotel which can be very loud at times. However, this was a minor quibble and didn't impact our overall experience. We had a fantastic time at The Le Meridian Mina Seyahi beach resort and Waterpark and can't wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable - we'll definitely be back soon.

We had again a wonderfull stay at le meridien with our family. The hotel is really kids friendly with the water park and kidsclub. But what makes the absolute difference and make us come back every year is the staff. From breakfast making sure we get everything to the pool we always feel taking care off. Special shout out to Mr Jobin from the concierge who helped us plan all our activities and restaurants and made sure we were completely taking care off also when we were not feeling well. This makes all the difference. And to Mr. Vinoth who helped us with the rides. The hospitality from them is at an elite level making us comfortable as a family and taking care off so we can really enjoy the holiday. Looking forward to next year.
