My family and I have just got home from the most wonderful 8 night stay. The rooms are lovely and clean, spacious and just perfect. Muhammad Ali at the front of the hotel is amazing! He is one of the best members of staff they have. He remembered us from August last year and is so friendly and welcoming. Overall our stay was amazing, we’ve been repeat customers for a couple of years now and will always go back at any chance given!

Excellent hotel - amazing staff - brilliant quality food. ||Waterpark is brilliant with kids, many different areas to pick from. ||Rooms are a okay size, but views of the pool make up for the lack of space. ||Breakfast was fresh, good quality and never an issue at busy times finding seating.||Only issue we had was needing a taxi (2 young kids) to be able to go Jumeriah or Marina

I m again in this hotel for 10 days and I can only express my utmost satisfaction! The structure is elegant, cared for in the smallest details and equipped with all the comforts necessary for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished. A special praise goes to one of the restaurant manager SANTOS, who is again simply impeccable: professional, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request with kindness and competence. You can perceive a true passion for his work, which is also reflected in the quality of the service and the care with which each dish is presented. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this structure to those looking for an authentic and high-level hospitality experience! We booked this stay for 2 adults and 2 children, clearly stating in the booking remarks that both children would need separate sleeping arrangements. Yet, we were given one double bed and one single bed. This is the first hotel we’ve ever experienced that considers one single bed sufficient for two children. Absolutely unacceptable. The first question we asked ourselves was: Where is the second child supposed to sleep? When we raised the issue, we were told the single bed was “big enough.” That’s simply not a real solution for a family of four. The bathrooms are poorly designed—there isn’t even a proper showerhead. Bathing small children here is nearly impossible. What makes this even more disappointing is that we had just come from another hotel where we paid significantly less but received excellent service. Every child had their own bed, and the bathroom was spacious and family-friendly. Right now, I’m experiencing deep disappointment. We switched to this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and I sincerely regret it—a feeling I will definitely share with my community. What frustrates me most is how a basic request—like providing an extra bed—is met with a negative response and no willingness to accommodate or help.

Rooms have been renovated. Unfortunately there is a lot else to be desired. The bass music from outside is so insanely loud it literally rattles the windows. Absolutely non stop. Staff kept insisting all extra beds were taken but housekeeping was able to get them for us without a problem. Internet wouldn't work for kids to play games on their devices. No way to call and get info/schedule regarding water sports - they expect you to walk across the property to the center. No reasonable options for an a la carte meal at lunch. Had to argue to get a few pizzas indoors. If you want to party and love loud music until all hours and want to spend your time outdoors, then perfectly good option. If you want any rest or relaxation then this is not the place. If you do come, recommend a Club room as the breakfast is calmer and more enjoyable.

Thank for the warm welcome from the receptionist and the concierge team. It's was pleasant to meet you all. Mr. Min at the concierge is very helpful and professional, thank to Mr. Sumanth room service friendly staff and the food was excellent too. Will recommend to others.

Very very well treated beds are very nicely padded and comfortable. Very highly recommend you go all inclusive because your in Dubai as you’ll definitely get your money's worth ||Pool is very good and the bar next to it is really nice ||If I had one complaint is the table next to the bed but apart from that couldn’t treat you better

Had the best holiday EVER! The hotel and staff were excellent . Rupesh from the restaurant and chef Rajesh were outstanding. Super friendly and made our stay the best ever! Thank you so much x latest receipt was the restaurant x 😍😍😍
