Le Méridien Nice

If you want a room with an excellent view of the Mediterranean sea and the promenade, this is a good hotel but be prepared to pay maybe €700/night for it (breakfast not included). This is Nice and there are a limited number of rooms with a sea view. I really can't blame the hotel for charging market price for the room.||So the room, I stayed in 522 which had sea view and a king size bed. Bed was excellent, sea view excellent. Balcony was not really a balcony, yes you can step outside on a small ramp 50 cm. You can't open a window however the door to the balcony can of course be opened. I don't have any other remarks about the room. ||Location is excellent at the promenade, near restaurant districts and also business area at Massena. Restaurant at the top floor indeed has an excellent view, friendly service and good food.||Breakfast costs €29 extra so I skipped it and had it at local cafes in the area. Not so much for saving a few euros but I value outdoor seating a warm sunny day.||So in conclusion: If you want a sea view and prepared to pay for it, this is a good hotel in Nice. Otherwise I don't think it makes sense for paying premium for a non-sea view room unless you get a good deal.||Last but most important, staff is very friendly and eager to help you. Always with a smile. This is important and all cred to Le Meridien staff.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Nice hot shower and plenty of clean soft towels. We had room service and it was served on time and hot. The the cleanliness and house keep was 10/10. My husband wasn’t feeling well and Goar made sure he had plenty of water and tea to make him feel better. She was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Le Meridien Hotel has the best location in Nice, right in the centre of the Promenade des Anglais. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Promenade, perfect for people watching all day long! Our room was kept spotlessly clean by Nilu, thankyou so very much. Hotel staff welcoming and friendly. Rooftop restaurant has amazing views, food was great too. No complaints. We are looking forward to returning soon.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights - ocean view room. It’s perfect. The room was clean, probably recently remodeled because the room furniture and bathroom were in very good condition. All pretty new. The view of the blue ocean is breathtaking. Staff were very friendly. Valet/bellman friendly and quickly brought our luggage in the room and our car when we needed. They serve breakfast on the first floor - same level of the reception area, breakfast with great variety of food, excellent as well. The roof top restaurant has a beautiful view of Nice, it’s a must go. The location is perfect. Walking distance feom shops, restaurants, cafes and right access the street from the Promenade of the Anglais. What else do you need? Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

What a great experience here !! We stayed for a few nights here and it was amazing. Location is great 💯 2 mins walk to the water for swimming and sunbathing every morning and afternoon. If you drive, there's a parking lot underneath the hotel. Close to all the major landmarks. All within walking distance. A very elegant and well appointed property in a central location. Rooms are very clean and neat. Great sunset view. Super friendly staff as well. Breakfast is top-notch. Highly recommended ♥️

A local icon with excellent service, amazing location, and breathtaking views given you get the nicer rooms. We celebrated our wedding there and the entire staff was great, especially Armelle who helped plan everything. Definitely recommend for a memorable stay and a true French Riviera experience.

Our stay at Le Méridien was absolutely wonderful. The people here are incredibly kind and the service is truly top-notch. Even though Berlin airport lost our luggage, the staff went above and beyond to make the situation easier for us. They took the time to explain where we could find good stores nearby for toiletries and clothing, which was such a thoughtful touch and made a stressful situation so much better. It’s rare to find a hotel where you feel so well taken care of — highly recommend Le Méridien for anyone looking for comfort, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

The Le Meridien in Nice is a popular conference hotel and for a reason. It is a huge property so it easily accommodates large events. Its seaside location is also a huge plus, the entire breakfast room overlooks the sea and they have a gorgeous rooftop restaurant. Best to book also a seaside room as the inside-facing bedrooms are very dark, especially the ones on the lower floors.
