Le Méridien Petaling Jaya

The room is spacious and comes with a great view of the golf course and football stadium. Staff are friendly and the overall hospitality is excellent. The location is very convenient — directly connected to a mall with a large Lotus supermarket on the lower ground floor. Just note that the lobby isn’t on the ground level; you’ll need to take the elevator up one floor. The fitness center is clean and well equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. A comfortable and convenient stay — really worth considering if you’re in the area.

Stayed here for 4 out of 10 nights during end December for my family vocation and have enjoyed the stay. In particular, Umar have made our stay a very memorable one as he pays attention to details and remembered what we like and what we don't and tried his very best to accommodate us. He made us feel so much like home and we feel very welcome every time we checked-in here. In addition, after staying in so many different Marriott properties worldwide, I must say that this hotel management is doing a great job whereby even their director is seen working diligently daily, serving and interacting with customers. This is unlike many other Marriott properties whereby management typically hide behind the scenes and appear only when required due to some escalations.

Excellent live music at PJ’s Bar & Grill, Le Méridien I had an amazing evening at PJ’s Bar & Grill at Le Méridien, thanks to the outstanding performance by The Scully_ Trio. The musical standard was exceptionally high — it’s obvious that these musicians are highly skilled, experienced, and truly understand how to deliver quality live music. What impressed me most was their diverse repertoire. They performed a wide range of songs across genres, all arranged and executed with great musicality, solid rhythm, and excellent balance. The performances were tight yet relaxed, making the music both engaging and enjoyable — far beyond typical background hotel music. After a long workday, their music genuinely helped me unwind and release stress. It was uplifting, immersive, and simply fun. The singers and performers were also very engaging, interacting naturally with the audience and creating a warm, lively atmosphere throughout the bar. This performance truly completed my stay at Le Méridien. PJ’s Bar & Grill is a fantastic spot for live music, and The Scully Trio is absolutely worth experiencing.

Had a wonderful buffet dinner at Pasar Baru Restaurant for 10 of us to celebrate my son's birthday. Seafood was fresh, the varieties was okay. Very friendly and attentive staff, Mr Huzaifah assisting my elder family member also recommended us to roof top for the wonderful view. The special crab dish was surprisingly good. Love how they managed to allocate and every table got a portion of it. The rate of replenishing food also good.

I visited Le Méridien PJ for a dinner buffet as a service appreciation treat for my team, and the experience was excellent. The service was superb, and the staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening. I would especially like to put on record the kindness and professionalism of Cik Nazurah, who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. Her warm attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service provided by the team at Le Méridien PJ. I would highly recommend this restaurant for both casual dining and special occasions.

We had a very good stay. All the staff service was good and helpful. Keep up the good job. Breakfast is good for its price. The design and location of the fridge/minibar is very odd and inconvenient, blocking the spacious view of the room. Whoever designed that fridge/minibar deserved to be sacked 😂. The soundproof of the glass should be improved.

Had an amazing dining experience at Pasar Baru. Special thanks to Mr. Huzaifah, the Assistant Outlet Manager on duty that night, who took great care of us. He made sure our orders were correct and checked in on us to ensure everything was okay.|He also suggested we head up to the top floor, where we enjoyed a stunning 360° view of the KL and PJ skyline. The hospitality from him and the team was top-notch and really made the night special.|He even shared about the Christmas buffet and durian buffet — super tempting! Overall, a great experience with excellent service.

I was on a 3 days personal trip to KL. Decided to book this hotel at Petaling Jaya. Given that the Le Meridien brand and also staying at another Le Merdien in KL before, there is some difference between them ||Location : Ideal ! As its next to a mall , it is easy to get food or anything required .However, there is no Metro station around, the only transportation will be on Grab/ Taxi . In addition, the hotel is also near to Subang Airport, I depart from Subang Airport( to Singapore ), which is only take me 20 mins to reach the airport as compare to KLIA ||Decor of hotel /room: | Decor of the hotel is modern especially on the 2nd level lobby,very spacious. Gotten an executive room ,which is in level 27 , which is good and clean. It was also serve with all basic necessities. The only feedback that I have would be the room lighting is a bit dim . Also the bath tub is a waste of space||Serivce : |This is the area of improvement |1) I have provide my credit card and make a deposit . I have ordered some room service , but I was ask to pay directly via credit card or cash . However, when i do my laundry , I can pay during check out . Howcome there is a difference of practice between the room service and the laundry service ? |2) The not so cozy layout of the breakfast restaurant. Also the quality of the food can be improved. ||Value |From the price point its competitve given the location ||I have ranked this a 3 star as i am comparing with another Le Meridien at KL Sentra .As such, I am expecting more from the Le Meridien Brand
