The room rate was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service and amenities provided. The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed — including a clothes iron, a complete toilet setup, complimentary water bottles, a hair dryer, slippers, and even shoe-cleaning supplies. The glass façade offered a stunning view of Riyadh, adding a touch of serenity to the overall experience. Housekeeping services were truly exceptional, ensuring that the room remained spotless throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was diverse and absolutely delicious, and I was particularly impressed by the dining staff’s kindness and attentiveness — they even prepared a special meal for my one-year-old child. Another highlight was the convenient basement parking, which had a direct elevator to my room floor — a small detail that made a big difference in comfort. My stay at the hotel was not as comfortable as I expected, as I experienced interruptions in water and electricity during my stay, which caused some inconvenience. I hope the management works on improving these aspects to provide a better experience for future guests

For a change I tried Le Meridien Riyadh and I'm really positively surprised. This is an amazing hotel, very modern, great Service and rooms and the food is excellent. From now on this will be my goto for Riyadh visits. Highly recommended.

In this hotel they can just take your personal belongings without any clarification. With me it happened twice: First time my bag disappeared and was never delivered back regardless promises in chats. Second time I prolonged my stay and when I arrive late evening I found out that the room is “clean” meaning that all my clothes inside was removed as well as another bag. Upd: I shared the details via email provided in the response

This is a beautiful property central to all important business and cultural activities. The staff is super friendly and the food at the Asian restaurant Kazo is fantastic. Will definitely bool again when in Riyadh.
