Le Méridien Riyadh

We stayed at Le Méridien Riyadh for 2 nights as a stopover before travelling to Southeast Asia, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We arrived late at night, and from the moment we pulled up, the service was excellent. The bell boy opened the car door and promptly took care of our luggage, which was much appreciated after a long journey. Check-in at reception was smooth and welcoming, and a special mention to Khaled, the night manager, who was extremely kind and professional. He even upgraded us, which was a lovely surprise. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, which was very clean, tidy, spacious, and well maintained — perfect for resting and resetting before our onward travel. The only downside was that you could hear quite a lot of road noise at times, especially motorbikes racing through at night. However, this didn’t take away too much from the overall stay. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the staff were very friendly, attentive, and took great care of us throughout. The hotel is also in a great location, within walking distance of several malls, which makes it very convenient. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service, we would happily stay again.

The hotel have very nice lobby and nicely decorated rooms. I had the best check-in experience ever! The checkin counter staff “Ruba” was outstanding in finalizing the checkin and coordinating with the butler. I had the junior sweet, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Special thanks to “Ruba” for making the stay easier.

The Le Meridien in Riyadh had some positives and negatives. The room was tastefully furnished and confofrtable and clean. It was well located opposite the Metro STC station. The Executive Lounge was poor, with limited food offerings and little interest by anyone working there.. The Milwan Restaurant was a bright and open space and did a reasonable job at breakfast. Overall a good place to saty but not special

Arrived on Tuesday around 12 o’clock. Amazing welcome from the reception team very fast check-in and great service. The receptionist with curly hair was especially friendly, always smiling, and very professional. I forgot her name, but she was truly excellent! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Our experience at the Le Méridien Riyadh Hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality shown by the staff. From the moment we arrived, Hanin and Maali went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued, consistently exceeding our expectations. I stayed there for two nights for my wedding. I booked a suite with a beautiful view, and the service was excellent, just like a hotel's. It was very quiet. I thank Mr. Ahmed Al-Ruwaished, who was very attentive to my needs and provided excellent service throughout the entire stay.

The Hotel is gorgeous, clean, smells amazing and is in a great location. However, what makes it superior to any other hotel that I have ever stayed in, is the service. Hands down, the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The genuine smiles and attention to detail is unmatched. From remembering my breakfast drink order to housekeeping taking notes on my preferences to the laundry service. I am always greeted by name with a genuine kind smile and that in itself is priceless. This has been my most enjoyable hotel stay to date. It truly feels like home away from home. I love it here.

I recently attended a corporate event in Siba Hall located on the first floor. While the seating and arrangement was comfortable, the event was ruined because of poor audio visual facilities. The mic system didnt work and the resonance was unbearable throughout the event. The food was decent.
