We stayed at Le Méridien Riyadh for 2 nights as a stopover before travelling to Southeast Asia, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.
We arrived late at night, and from the moment we pulled up, the service was excellent. The bell boy opened the car door and promptly took care of our luggage, which was much appreciated after a long journey. Check-in at reception was smooth and welcoming, and a special mention to Khaled, the night manager, who was extremely kind and professional. He even upgraded us, which was a lovely surprise.
We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, which was very clean, tidy, spacious, and well maintained — perfect for resting and resetting before our onward travel.
The only downside was that you could hear quite a lot of road noise at times, especially motorbikes racing through at night. However, this didn’t take away too much from the overall stay.
Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the staff were very friendly, attentive, and took great care of us throughout.
The hotel is also in a great location, within walking distance of several malls, which makes it very convenient.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great service, we would happily stay again.
