This hotel is amazing. I am a lifetime titanium with thousands of Marriott nights. In the past 30 years I have had great experiences and poor ones. This was one of my best Marriott experiences ever. Hotel is in a great location and the views of Eiffel Tower are amazing. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my family. This really is a small boutique hotel and the service is outstanding

From the moment we stepped into Le Metropolitan, the team set a new bar for service. Every interaction (door, front desk, breakfast) was warm, professional, and genuinely focused on making our stay effortless. It’s refreshing to see a staff that clearly takes pride in a job well done!||The property itself is beautifully maintained. Public spaces feel boutique-elegant. Rooms are compact (no surprise in Paris) yet have high-quality linens and comfy mattresses.||Location is ideal: a quiet residential pocket of the 16th, but a short stroll to Trocadéro and the Seine. After long sightseeing days, we loved retreating to the calm.

I had an amazing stay at Le Metropolitan! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and in a beautiful, quiet part of Paris. The rooms were stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with a boutique feel that made the experience even more special. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Omran at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations to local tips. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about your experience the way Omran does—he’s a real asset to the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Hotel in the 16th district. Very walkable to the Trocadero, Eiffel tour and Arc d'Triumph . The very best, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful front desk staff I ever has the pleasure of meeting. All front desk staff including Sergio made us feel at home. We had a room that allowed a direct view of the Eiffel tower and were able to look out our window to see the "twinkling " on the hour at 10 pm. If your room does not afford that view, no worries as if you walk out the main entrance turn right for 4 steps you have a perfect view as well. Many restaurants within minutes. Bake shops, Monoprix grocery and Pharmacies within a street or two away.|Highly recommended

I recently stayed at Le Metropolitan Hotel in Paris, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The hotel is ideally located with stunning views and convenient access to many attractions. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my stay was marred by some issues. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, which was quite disappointing. I requested a room change, and although I was given a second room, it was not much better—matching the same issues of dampness and poor maintenance. Unfortunately, I only stayed for two days, so I didn't want to make a fuss, but the overall condition of the rooms was not up to the standard I expected. Additionally, the spa area downstairs looked appealing in the pictures but was in need of significant maintenance and care, which was underwhelming. To make matters more confusing, I had paid for my stay in full two months in advance. Yet, the hotel’s new policy required me to be charged again during my stay—while they were chasing for the payment through the booking website I used booking.com. This was quite baffling and added unnecessary stress to the experience. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back, but the entire process was quite confusing. Overall, while the hotel's location and staff are positives, the cleanliness, upkeep, and confusing billing practices left much to be desired..

If 100 stars was an option that would be the selection! Came for our 10 year anniversary and the team at Le Metropolitan delivered in the best way possible. As we arrived very early from a flight in, Ohla and Louise greeted us with warm smiles and held our bags until our room was ready. Also had a place for us to shower and refresh so we could explore. We arrived back late that day to be greeted with Stephane with another warm smile and room/keys all ready to go. To our surprise we were upgraded to the most beautiful room overseeing the Eiffel Tower as the lights sparkle to enjoy the pistachio and chocolate tart, the arrangement of pastries and nectar from Marina, GM, to celebrate our anniversary. Finished the night at the restaurant bar with the incredible Benjamin who made me the best old fashioned his way that showed the spirit and passion of France! Had two to be sure it wasn’t a fluke. Haha. We woke to have a phenomenal breakfast from an arrangement of pastries and snacks form nearby bakeries and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and hustle of Paris through our balcony. Finished the day checking out with the help of Ohla, Loise, and Sebastian holding our bags safely again as we get ready for another travel day. We will be back and thank you so much to the Le Metropolitan team for delivering rhe heart and passion of hospitality. This is why we are Marriott Bonvoy Members and will be for life. Thanks again and see you next time.

Really nice boutique hotel in fantastic location. Views of Eiffel tower are outstanding! Service was great especially by Jacinto in restaurant and front desk attendant. I only wish room was bigger. We were able to get an upgrade with our Marriott status but upgraded room still tiny.

This hotel was a great find and an amazing stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Sebastien, Jacinto, and Rimon! The views were unparalleled - direct sight of the Eiffel Tower during the night light show was a great way to cap off our visit to Paris. Hotel location was great (walked to public transportation in five minutes), while avoiding the crowds close to tourist locations, and we were able to park with no issues (Sebastien handled it all)! I was only here for one night, but I would definitely come here again. Booked through Marriott and had a great experience.
