A lovely hotel tucked away in the delightful village of Crupet.
The area is lush with a nearby stream and a well-kept lawn. The room was a decent size with a separate bathroom and loo.
The hotel smells wonderful, a forest aroma in the afternoon and fresh pastries baking in the morning.
The breakfast was superb, a selection of bread and pastries, local cheeses, pâté and ham, as well as homemade jams, local honey, and a wonderful mixed fruit compote. It was surprisingly quiet during our stay, which was on a Tuesday and Wednesday night.
The bar was open on our second night. It's well stocked with local beers both on draught and by the bottle.
