Amazing fine dining experience with excellent & attentive service. We throughly enjoyed our experience. High quality food served with a smile by great staff. My wife and I got the live lobster and scallop entrees followed by a tiramisu and everything we ate was next level in terms of flavor and presentation. Don’t miss your opportunity to try this gem when you are in the area!!!

Meh. Escargot was cooked well, but an amazing amount of oil. Tasty, but I could have run my car on it. Garlic bread was really good. Heavy on the oil, but the bread was awesome. Shrimp and scallops in leek and mild creamy sauce was perfectly cooked shrimp and scallops in cream sludge. The side of ratatouille was tasty but was a one tablespoon serving. Organic chicken was good, not great. Service was very helpful to start and then nonexistent. Not worth the price or trip. Pass.

Fantastic dinner at this absolutely favorite French Restaurant on the island - Le Moulin Fou! Soft and flavorful Grouper served with White ButtySauce and incredibly delicious Mahi-Maho with onion marinade is to die for! The meal was delicious and came with a digestive of chocolate and amaretto homemade Rhum tasting. Thank you for this amazing experience! ❤️🇫🇷

We just finished eating here and the food and service were fantastic!! Will definitely be back again and highly recommend! The complimentary Rhum shots were also nice 😊

this place was insanely good. firstly, prices are so beyond fair for the quality and option size. lobster was truly surreal and we loved the foie gras, though they need to give more brioche cause it’s delicious. the wine was lovely and we also enjoyed our pink tuna + mahi mahi. service is fast and so so beyond friendly. ambiance is cool with AC and super chill but polished. very welcoming. lots of parking around on the streets.

We went there because of the high rating of the restaurant and it turned out to be a very memorable experience. The food was amazing! We ordered avocado and crab meat salad which had an eye-popping presentation and it was sublime. The escargot was so delicious that we wished we had doubled the order. It was the best one I ever had! The foie gras was excellent and the lobster risotto was tasty too. Only the onion soup was a bit too salty and the staff offered to remove it from our bill which was a very nice gesture. Overall I would highly recommend it and will come back again next time I visit St Matten

Our waiter was extremely friendly and entertaining. We came only for dessert and enjoyed the thin crust apple tart with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. We were then treated to complimentary shots of rum, chocolate, amaretto and espresso. We will return for actual meals.

This is by far my wife and my favorite restaurant anywhere!!! We enjoy making multiple visits during our trips to Sint Maarten. Mathias and the staff are incredible! The food is absolutely incredible- the presentation and flavors are absolutely the best. We make it a point to return every trip. The Pear Tart is hands down one of the best desserts we have ever had, along with the coffee and chocolate rum. If you don’t come here during your trip to Sint Maarten, you missed an amazing experience that is unmatched anywhere on the planet!!! Needless to say, we will always be back!!!
