We were taken to Le Pacha by a local friend, Greek-Egyptian who is a VIP in Cairo. It is one of the best places for food in Cairo, with a plethora of international restaurants. It means that you can chose between different cuisines, all the restaurants have an amazing reputation. We ate at Carlos', which has a cool lounge vibe, full of a younger but not too young croud, including many beautiful women, all smoking the sisha pipe. We had a chicken curry and the quail with rice, both very tasty, with the curry being exceptional. There are TV screens around the really big lounge, showing sport. You are on the Nile, so you get the views. You can't have a bad time at any of Le Pacha 1901's establishments, so if you want to mix with cool Cairo crowd, the pretty girls and the easy going guys go to Carlos'.
