Came by twice. First time we ordered the Chicken & Mozzarella Tartine + Iced Matcha Latte. Finished off with a fresh cream donut. Excellent. Second time we had the Croque Madame + Cappuccino. The sandwich was fine, but the cappuccino was too watery. Staff are friendly, but frequency of attention was spotty. Overall pleased with the service & quality of the food, but we weren’t blown away given the price point.

One of my favorite breakfast spots here in Beverly Hills. The service is incredible — they are outstanding. Always smiling. Always present. Always available. I feel at home here. Thank you so much !! Its a nice location with decent fresh pastries but the coffee is pretty mediocre. Good service and plenty of sitting also outdoor.

Super cozy place! I had scrambled eggs with bacon and avocado, plus a mint tea — everything was incredibly delicious and filling. Highly recommend!

We had to ask the waiter to bring us everything that he wss suposed to bring for everyone and wait long to bring it. I had to walk inside to ask. Food was ok and loojed fresh and healthy.

My waitor today at Le Pain Quotidien, Ehsan I., was simply too-notch. He remembered that I like ice cubes in my water, he suggested a delicious sandwich with warm chicken, mushrooms and melted cheese, and he checked on me regularly. I am fortunate to have found such a wonderful restaurant. - Andrew

I asked for light ice, and it still came with this much ice. I wonder how much ice is in a regular one then? Are customers paying for drinks or just buying ice? I’m definitely not getting drinks here again.

Le Pain Quotidien is a casual restaurant chain. They were quite busy at lunchtime and there was plenty of seating inside and outside. They also have a long communal table in the middle of the restaurant which is nice for large groups. I came for takeout. They have a counter up at the front with pastries. I got the seasonal pear gingerbread loaf. What a treat! Such great flavors and awesome with a cup of coffee or tea. This is a nice reasonably priced place to do lunch/brunch/breakfast (they open at 6:30am!!). Service was excellent and food is good especially the pastries! Garage and street parking available.

I love it when I go to a restaurant and I can't decide what to eat because so many things look good. This is the place that every time I go it's easy to find something yummy. It's a stress free restaurant. Whenever I'm there, there's a place to sit and meet a friend. I never have a problem with service. The people are always pleasant.

This place did a great job with the catering I needed for a small gathering at my house today. I tasted their food during a school event at my child's school and the event coordinator shared this restaurant name. I was excited because they offered delivery and set up and also included free paper plates and utensils. Ordering catering from this company made planning a party very easy. Downside: Delivery, sales tax, and tip added about $75 to my bill but other than that the process and easy.

The food is not bad but their pastries are truly where it is at. Their crookie is the best compared a counterpart like the one at La La Land Cafe. The crookie is very soft and gooey and will send your stomach into a food coma. Their service is also good and the staff was quite patient with me and honestly very helpful! Plus the ambiance is always great no matter when I go!

This place is a full-service café with breakfast & lunch items. They have a small marketplace and also serve organic coffee, tea, juices, beer, and wine. Since it is near my office, I stop occasionally for my morning caffeine fix. Sometimes, I'll pick up a gourmet pantry item to bring as a host gift. I do my best to resist all the yummy baked goods in the display case. However, on a recent visit I noticed they had Crookies (Croissant + Cookie). I've seen several Yelpers post pics of this unique combo and was intrigued to try one for myself. I ordered the Chocolate Chip Crookie. It smelled so good. I couldn't wait to take a bite. The croissant was flaky & crispy. I warmed it up and it was amazing! The cookie dough filling became soft & gooey and the melted chocolate chips were delightful. I could also taste the buttery richness of the croissant. I may not have enjoyed it as much if I ate it cold. Heating it up was a game changer!

One of my favorite quick breakfast places. I love that you can get a salad for breakfast. I liked the ones in nyc. I don't have one near me so always a safe treat when traveling.

No complaints here, I've been to a few of these and this one was really good. They greeted us as soon as we came in and helped us to a table. The server came over and walked us through some menu items. We had a question on. The coffee was excellent, and the food was really really good. For a quick breakfast in the morning it certainly fits the bill.

Quick service, we got drinks and food to go. I enjoyed my ham & cheese croissant and salad! The matcha was alright, but didn't have a very strong matcha flavor. The breakfast sandwich was also good but could have used more avocado. It was a good spot to just quickly grab a bite to eat.

Food are delicious, stuff are very friendly and helpful, ambience is cozy . Highly recommended

On the hunt for a quick lunch my coworker and I stumbled upon this location and we have both agreed we must go back to try other items on their menu. The first item delivered to us was our mint lemonades and I have not stopped thinking about this lemonade since. The lemonade was refreshing, with many fresh mint leaves in the container that I mashed with my straw to release more mint flavor. I ordered the two item combo meal of half an avocado toast and a soup of choice, which I went with the chicken soup. My friend opted for the Mediterranean salad and a chicken flat bread, which we shared and was absolutely delicious. The avocado toast was delicious, with a sprinkle of chia seeds on top and an abundance of avocado. I saved my side of bread for the complementary jams and sweet butters on some tables, as a dessert. The jams included an apricot jam, raspberry jam and a cookie butter item of sorts. It was a nice discovery and we will definitely be returning.

My family and I were nearby and were looking for a spot for some coffee. This place had good reviews and looked promising with it's super cute patio and beautiful interior decor. I initially wanted a coffee, but saw they had "Belgian Hot Chocolate" on the menu and excitedly went for that. We got our drinks quickly and unfortunately the flavor fell flat for me. I guess I was expecting a European style hot chocolate due to the name -- thick, creamy, more decadent. What I got was a watered down hot chocolate that was very forgettable and just tasted ok. Bummer! Perhaps I should've gone with their baked goods. Le Pain Quotidien means "the daily bread" the daily bread after all and their baked goods looked really good.

Unprofessional younger girls at the counter today. If you don't understand something or don't know the answer to a question say "let me check with my manager". Looking at a customer like they're stupid, answering with disgust, and literally walking away in silence all within the span of a 10 second encounter was rude. The manager, however, was lovely and the few things I've tried here have been great.

It's a shame how awful this place has become. The place leaves a ton to be desired. Also, they are no longer fully organic but still charge premium prices (funny how no mention of this was made to customers. They simply removed the word "organic" from their servers' T-shirts). The last time I was there, I ordered a dish with red sauce. I took one night and knew something was wrong. I called the server over and asked him to smell the food, in case I was wrong. He took one sniff and gagged. The sauce had gone bad. Very very bad. My meal was replaced, but it didn't make a difference. My appetite was shot. I contacted corporate and they could not have cared less. They denied the whole thing, even though their own server confirmed it. They decided to do nothing to maintain my patronage and told me their decision was "final." Pathetic customer service and very poor quality food. For a discerning community like Beverly Hills, this place falls very very short. A big shame.

This place was cute and has some outdoor seating. If you are dining in, you order at your table. If you are taking it to-go like I did for the airplane, then you order at the counter. I got a prosciutto sandwich which was great for the road. I asked for butter and jam in the side to top it with. I didn't see the pastries that I saw in yelp photos though. There were some but none that looked enticing that day to me. I was also looking for the boiled egg and bread and butter dish which I didn't see on the menu. Maybe it's off menu? This was a nice quick yelp search find. This is in a great location of Beverly Hills.

Door Dashed some sandwiches for my crew, and they were really good. Can't say anything about the place, but definitely good food.

Good service and atmosphere but I think I'd get more food out of a nacho cheese lunchable. The most LA restaurant I've ever been to - 16 bucks for a sandwich that literally reminds me of a lunchable. Again good service and a nice vibe but don't come if you're hungry and don't wanna spend 30 bucks to not be hungry anymore

A plethora of delicious and healthy breakfast, brunch and lunch options available at their cafe. Excellent place for getting some work done, with a spacious center, accessible outlets and no overwhelming music. Staff are very courteous, and in general the clientele are respectful and quiet, making it a very enjoyable space.

I love this restaurant. In 2018 it was located on Robertson Blvd. and was my favorite neighborhood restaurant. It then shut down during the pandemic but reappeared several years later in Beverly Hills. The food is delicious and breads just divine. Wonderful restaurant to eat at and I still get food delivered.

Glad I found this place as I had a lovely experience. They have table service if eating indoors, otherwise you order at the front counter. They also have a few outdoor tables, but that wasn't an option because of the rain. Servers were courteous and I didn't wait long my order to arrive. My server recommended the breakfast sandwich and I truly enjoyed it. Also, one of the best cappuccinos I've had in a while. Everything was delicious and fresh. I'll be coming again.

I came in for the first time on Sunday and right away new it was a great place. Cindy greeted me and gave me the menu and throughout my time there both her and Vanessa assisted to help introduce what was available. It was a very clean and welcoming location and I can tell by the regulars the staff seemed to know well others thought the same. Pegton served my Cappuccino which was delicious along with some of their bakery items. Definitely stopping by again soon.

A very warm, welcoming ambiance. Our food server - Nini was amazing I haven't been to LePain for a while and Nini patiently answered my questions and was helpful with my requests. They have vegan options for meals and drinks but they ran out of vegan baked goods. We also ordered some bread for home and are looking forward to eating this.

Visiting LA and found this spot before hitting Rodeo drive up. We enjoyed our breakfast and coffee here. Great omelette, waffle and pancakes!

Horrible service from manager, Karen. Hair in food. Manager saw but did not acknowledge. Later we had to call the manager who instead of coming to us, blamed the waiter, later blamed the customer. Never in my life have I heard a customer being blamed like this, extremely rude and excused herself that she is too busy to deal w a customer who has an issue. Isn't a manager's job to also deal w a customer when there is a problem!!!! Not worth coming back. We used to come weekly. Never again.

The service was a disaster. We found hair in our food and they even didn't come to attend and ask us if we need anything or is everything OK? They left the food in front of us for one hour without attending. The manager was very rude and tried to get out of the responsibility. She blamed the customer!!!!

We had a lovely casual lunch with pleasant service and an enjoyable atmosphere. Hubby and a soup and sandwich and I had the quiche. My quiche hit the spot. I thought his soup was a bit bland but he enjoyed it. Both of our specialty drinks were delicious. He ordered a large latte and it looked like a jacuzzi! Ha!

If you want something quick and healthy, this is a place for you. All the soups and salads are good (so it depends what mood you're in). If you are hungry, try their lentils and kale salad. The seating area is very casual. You seat yourself and they bring in menu for you. The service is good and staff are very friendly. We visit quiet often and we have never been disappointed.

So unfortunate to see such a beautiful restaurant degraded due to poor management. The last 2 times I came here the service was horrible. There's only 1 server (young middle eastern man) that is top notch within the staff. I came today and I received no service whatsoever. Only my meal was delivered. No one checked on me and they forgot to bring my drink. When the manager asked me how my service was, I stated it was not good. I asked why the service was lacking and he said "because we're closing soon." I arrived at 2:50pm, left at 3:15 -they close at 6PM! As someone who's worked in the service industry I know first hand what careless management looks like. This was the epitome of it.

the salad i got was not cheap and the croutons are hard like a rock, i will not be coming anymore

just wanted to give a small thanks to the manager Karin. i was having issues ordering online, my order wasn't going through but i was getting charged about 4 times. i called the place and spoke to a really nice lady (forgot her name im sorry) who transferred me to the manager. she checked that my order didnt go through, and instead of letting me deal with it she got in contact with her IT to check on the issue without me having to ask. she then also did a few things to accommodate me, i will not go into detail, but it was the smallest inconvenience to which she made the best possible outcome and went above and beyond that made the greatest impression on me. the food is also always 10/10. i work nearby and my office orders here from time to time but we will definitely be ordering more often. :)

This place is amazing!! I had the breakfast sandwich and it was heavenly.... The barista with the red hair is so sweet and she always brightens my day

I love coming in for their delicious pastries but I had an uncomfortable experience my last visit. I came in on Sept 21st during a busy hour and witnessed a male manager harass one of the workers at the cash register. I understand there may have been a lot of business and a stressful time but this "manager" used inappropriate language right in front of me, and all the customers. He yelled at the woman worker "F you" It was a very hostile ambiance and still cannot believe what I heard! Unfortunately I will not be returning after this incident. I hope management sees this review and things change

It was our first time here and we loved everything about it. The food was so delicious and fresh. But the huge reason we will be back is because of Eliot! He gave us the best service ever and just elevated the experience 100 times more.

couldn't find more desagreable waiters and especially the woman manager I ordered a mushroom omelette, it came with one mushroom cut in two and the dish was cold they absolutely didn't want see it and walked away this place is detestable they're only nice with gays

What a nice spot to take a break, meet a friend and get some great food. Service was wonderful. We showed up at 11 AM on a weekday and finding a nice table to chat and catch up was super easy. Lots of space to spread out too. The only drawback was one lady who was on the phone speaking at full volume for everyone to hear. Luckily her food showed up and kept her mouth busy.

It was the worst encounter with the manager, Karen. My friend had a piece of hair in her food and was not acknowledged at all and my friend was blamed. The rudest manager ever. Claimed she was too busy to come to our table to see what the issue was when we were sitting there for over an hour.

This location has a charming atmosphere, but you should walk through the line and take out your food. Table service was terrible. It was 1115 and the inside restaurant was mostly empty. A server acknowledged us and then completely ignored us. We walked out after 15 minutes. There was a family at a table outside. One of their party had to repeatedly come inside and ask for things like utensils, butter, and other things that the service should've been at the table checking on. There were plenty of employees walking around and the food looked good. It's a shame we didn't get to try it.

I work near the area, usually pick up quick lunch here. The soups and avocado toast are yummy. The service is usually great, however Tiffany was the absolute worst. When speaking to her it was as if I wasn't asking a question.

I love this place especially since it was fresh, yummy and healthy, but haven't gone back in a while since they stopped having organic milk as an option for my latte. It's very disappointing. Please Just do what other places do and charge a dollar for organic milk. Please bring back the organic milk and you will have me back again as one of your most loyal customers. I used to come to Le pain 6 days a week.

Good bread quality and that's it. Everything else is a disappointment. One server for almost 100 seats and the one server obviously doesn't really care how you feel. They're able to ignore you till you get tired and leave.

I always have a great experience here. Vanessa is always great- food is delicious especially the avocado toast. I also have met the manager a few times. Aaron is great. very attentive throughout our visit and greet us right away when entering the restaurant.

Omg the WORST blueberry muffin I have ever tried I had to spit it out :0 I didn't realize it was possible to make such a bad muffin no wonder they don't have a line anymore :0

After all these years, I still love love LPQT. I visit LPQT when I am in London, Paris and even Manhattan beach here in So Cal! Whether it's their tartin, soup, salad or croissant, I just love everything they have here. It is now official. LPQT is my favorite hang out in the city of BH!!
