the food was alright, pretty average brunchy fare. not particularly french despite the name. the bathroom was dirty and had no soap and an empty or non-functional paper towel dispenser.

I visited Le Pain Quotidien in Larchmont and ordered the Smoked Salmon Croissant and a Hot Latte. Last week, I had the same breakfast and loved it so much that I had to come back. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very charming, with classic music playing softly in the background. It’s a perfect place to start your day. Highly recommend!

I first discovered this place when I ordered online, and the breakfast was so good that I had to experience it in person. Safe to say, it did not disappoint! My avocado toast with a sunny-side-up egg was absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced flavors and fresh ingredients. And to top it off, the huge cookie paired with a café au lait was just perfection. Cozy atmosphere, good service, and an all-around fantastic breakfast spot. Highly recommend!

I am petite, and I’m quite sensitive about the quality of my food. I really appreciate how simple and clean the dishes are, and although the portions are small, it’s the perfect amount to be satisfied. The ambience is really nice and cute. Plenty of seating when I came in on a Saturday morning. Parking is difficult if it’s a busy day. Street meter parking only. Service is fine.

I stopped by for a light brunch and really enjoyed the atmosphere — cozy, European-style and calm. I had the Avocado Toast ($17.35), and while a bit pricey, it was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Organic Dutch Mini-pancakes were soft, fruity, and not too sweet — a great treat with coffee. Service was friendly but a bit slow, possibly because it was a busy morning. Still, I’d come back for the food and the overall peaceful vibe. Perfect place to catch up with a friend or enjoy a quiet break.

We walked up to this cute place that had indoor and outdoor seating and served breakfast, brunch & lunch. The waitress recommended the lentil soup when I asked which soup. It was delicious more like a hearty chili. My daughter had the salad and said it was delicious. Perfect portions, high quality and a lot of selections. Must try.

Friendly staff! Lovely atmosphere. Cute aesthetic! Food n/a but coffee was lovely! I had a cappuccino :-)

Google
I had no idea this place was this large and the food is fantastic. Tried the salmon tartine. It's like a face up sandwich with smoked salmon and bread. Very excellent stuff! Also had the Macha tea latte (dirty). Very strong and kept me up for a minute!

Yelp
Met with my beautiful and talented niece Erika yesterday for breakfast. Shocked, I easily found a parking spot... definitely a good start ;) The place is huge. Outside dining and two different areas within for inside dining. The place is immaculate and the vibe is lovely and cool. The waitstaff is terrific! What a delicious latte and my scrambled Gruyère and Ham was fluffy and delicious. We talked for 2 hours catching up and laughing. And when the bill arrived, she paid. What a great surprise! There are so many great choices on Larchmont Boulevard to enjoy whether it's to buy clothing, books and of course enjoying Village Pizza ( a favorite ) and more. I do love this area of Los Angeles. It's not my local community, but I am always happy to take the 20 minute drive east... Highly recommended!

Yelp
We tried: Mediterranean Caesar with chicken, skillet baked eggs, and omelet were absolutely fantastic. In my opinion, the portion was small, but it was really tasty. The matcha latte just tasted like milk or water downed. For dessert we tried the mini pancakes and waffle - super fluffy, perfectly baked, goes well with the hot lattes and coffee. neighborhood parking, street parking

Yelp
Nice and casual place to dine in the Americana the Brand. They offer breakfast and drink options but wish had more food choices. Service is friendly and attentive. Pricing is reasonable too.

Yelp
I went a few Sundays ago, but it seems my I lost my waiter! It was a nice Sunday, so I sat outside. Waiter only came twice, to take my order and deliver it. Yup, no check, no water, no utensils, the waitress helped me that was a table over. She was apologetic and lovely. I think I am good and won't return.
google avatar

Yelp
I was sitting there 10min asked menu and wait another 20min. The waitress was too busy talking with other people and serving the table right in front of my table. Of course they came after me but 4 people woiod obviously order more than one person. I still was waiting and trying to eye contact but didn't work. I lost my appetite and left the cafe. Really the worst experience ever!!

Yelp
Had lunch with some friends here and had a great time. It's beautiful inside and there's outdoor seating too. Our server Michael was simply a howl. We laughed so much. He recommended some dishes which surprisingly I enjoyed. We had one of their bowls. The coffee was good too. We also tried their Pumpkin Doughnut.

Yelp
Simple concept of ordering and then sit down. You will be served with your amazing food. Very clean items and ingredients with a great French California flare. Service overall fast attentive and friendly. The donuts was bite size perfection with bananas! Hey we can get fruits in too so it's a healthy choice right!? ;) Love the grain bowl that was so filling and portioned well for the price.

Yelp
Le Pain Quotidien was a nice spot. I had the smoked salmon tartine and the roasted chicken and cheese tartine. Both were good. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. A solid place for a meal.

Yelp
Nice simple cafe with breakfast and drink options. Wouldn't say it's the best food but it's simple and filling. More of a good place for casual hangout where you can take your time talking with your friends if the other restaurants nearby are full or rush you because they have a waiting list. Also saw a lot of people studying, so it's good for both. Plenty of seating, cozy interior, and our waiter was nice.

Yelp
I love this place. Friendly staff, food on point and consistent. I come here regularly. There table set up in the back has recently changed for the worst. It used to be airy and good flow. Now they have tables on top of each other, hard to move around. Very noisy if you come to relax on a Sunday. Very disappointed. Will not frequent as much because of the new layout. Too claustrophobic.

Sheila N.

Yelp
Horrible service. This use to be a frequent stop but no longer. Hostess wanted to stand around and talk politics with others rather than help customers. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting. I don't care what your political leanings are. I just wanted lunch. No excuse for such poor service and will be crossing this stop off my list.

Yelp
Great, strong iced Americano. The chia seed muffin is always good. Attentive & friendly service. Lovely outdoor patio

Yelp
Finally got to try Le Pain Quotidien in Larchmont, and it's a cute bakery and cafe. This place is a hidden gem in the area. The ambiance is charming, and the food is delightful. Definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
Wonderful neighbourhood rest. Great vibes and very polite employees. Food is very good and healthy . Love the doughnuts with creme coffee is the best . Glad they r on our beautiful larchmont

Yelp
Fantastic service! From the hostess to the servers, everyone very friendly. Plenty of food options with calories clearly displayed, reflecting lots of healthy options that taste great! We sampled three meals and two desserts with coffees. Couldn't be happier. Seating in front on Larchmont, indoors, or on a quiet back patio.

Yelp
Love everything about this place...except the chairs. If they were more comfortable I think people would stay for hours...so I get it. The coffee is amazing. The lemon ginger tea is soothing if you're not feeling well. The servers are friendly and helpful and welcoming. I think my favorite is the smell - fresh baked bread and it reminds me of my childhood. Every single thing I have tried here has been delicate in flavor and delicious.

Yelp
Feels very warm in this French inspired cafe. Love the community table and the ambiance in here. The selection of bakery items look so delicious. I had the cheddar and bacon sandwich and that was really good, it was light and savory. Paired it with the earl grey tea and it was perfect. Great breakfast to start off the day. Service was OK at first, but one lady did realize I had not been asked if i needed anything and she brought a few things to help. However, I did enjoy my meal here. You can find parking up front or park in the neighborhood around the block if you're having a hard time. It's located in Larchmont Village which is always a nice stroll along the strip. I want to try the pastries next.

Yelp
This is only my second time coming here and I absolutely love it!!! The atmosphere, the service and whole vibe is amazing!! I love the seating options, the front and back patio and plenty of great indoor seating!! Special shout out to our server today, Vanessa, for making our dining experience so wonderful! She went above and beyond with suggestions, knowledge and great conversation! We will be back ... very soon;)

Yelp
I am in love with the chocolate mousse cake w/almonds. Just the cake alone made this trip worth it. It was so good :) I am sure their pastries taste just as good but my fav is the chocolate mousse. nice staffs! will definitely return.

Yelp
Stopped by to pick up something healthy and easy to digest on the way to work. The restaurant is super cute and on Larchmont, a nice area to enjoy breakfast outdoors. Just beware, parking can be a pain if you come past noon! I ordered a simple chicken broth soup for $10. Came with bread. It was hearty and made the perfect breakfast -- just needed more salt. Service was fast and efficient, our server was great at checking up on us. The ambiance of the restaurant was so charming. We're definitely regulars now.

Yelp
Took a seat off the sidewalk on a lovely 75 degree Friday afternoon. No problem finding a seat and being greeted warmly. I did take a quick tour of The lovely interior looking for my lunch companion...there were surprisingly cozy nooks and crannies...while I waited I ordered an incredibly good iced coffee and an almond croissant. Both delish. The croissant was filled with a Creme which was a aurprise....my companion ordered her usual baked eggs which came in a small skillet along with two pieces of bread. Portions here are not huge American style, so don't bring a big appetite unless u plan on dessert...definitely you will have room for dessert....I ordered the prosciutto and manchego with the fig jam...it was restrained...a little dry...more prosciutto and fig would have landed more strongly and felt more satisfying, but I enjoyed its daintiness. The salad was pretty, and i loved all the elements...baby arugula, the buts, the different cherry tomatoes, the dressing was.herbaceous...but alas overdressed. I had to leave most of it on my plate. Overall, nice place inside and out. Always fun to people watch from the tented al fresco area off Larchmont. I took a star bec it took a long time to have my order taken, and no one returned to check on water refills or if we wanted dessert. But the wait staff is spread thin, and very very very nice and friendly when you are first seated and when you order. Nonetheless, a pleasant afternoon with no one rushing you. That's a plus

Yelp
Hiroshy was so awesome and helpful and lovely and wonderful and helped me out in a moment when I really needed excellent customer service. I love it here! Chia muffins are my favorite. Ask for him he'll give you a big

Yelp
Los Angeles, Ca. I come here either for lunch or breakfast every four weeks when I have to go to UCLA for my medical issues. I think their lattes are exceptional, a good robust roast and a well steamed froth. The cups have no handles, btw, so I guess that makes them bowls. Oh well, it works. I've found everything to be really good. I usually have an open faced sandwich because their bread is so good. But I also like any of the salads with chicken, which can be added if not specified. I also like their quiche and the quinoa bowl. Breakfast items are pretty standard but all good. Even the granola and yogurt Parfait is excellent. The waffle is amazing but probably should be considered a dessert. Speaking of desserts, the pastries are a must. Favorites are the tarts and the chocolate mousse bomb. The service is excellent, the food comes out in a timely manner and everyone is friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
The staff here are always friendly and attentive. This place gives you a local feel even though you're still in the big city. The food is always good and the portions are decent. It is a little pricier than other places but I don't mind because they are always consistently good all the time. I get a chicken soup every time I come definitely a must try!!

Yelp
I went here for breakfast with my coworker and this place was great. The quaint decor and the outdoor seating made for a great atmosphere. The service was great everyone was pleasant and the food was amazing. I had the avocado toast, and that was my first time ordering that from a restaurant. It did not disappoint!! Then I went inside to see the bakery display and I couldn't pass up the lemon tart and the berry tart. They were also amazing. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Had a nearby commercial shoot yesterday. I called the day before find out how much time would be necessary for an order for 25 people to be prepped the following day. I spoke to Maria, who turned out to be the manager. What a wonderful individual! I expressed my frustration in using the Le Pain corporate site, and how menus weren't where they should have been or were outdated. She then emailed me a menu on the spot so I could distribute it. She further guided me to their app ("the US version") where I could easily set up the order and payment, since I was having someone else handle the pickup. I called again the next day after placing the order to be sure she had received it. Not a problem - and I gave a few hours notice. I then called back to ask about expediting since we suddenly had a break due to the rain. Again, not a problem. Was done in about 30 minutes. Not only that, the food is beautifully presented and very delicious. I personally had the smoked salmon tartine. All the crew members were impressed. I'm looking forward to visiting the store myself next time! Thank you Maria!

Maria M.

Yelp
Got here early but loved it.. nice and quiet. Coffee and tea arrived (so cute) and enjoyed the avocado toast with an egg. Very well seasoned, with the kale and who knew to add a bit of lemon over it to freshen it up. Almond croissant to finish it off.. service was good too..

Yelp
A nice place to meet for breakfast in the Larchmont area. I initially wasn't excited about the long communal tables, but it ended up working out fine and our group of four commandeered a corner of one table and had plenty of privacy. Coffee is served in a cute but not entirely functional bowl. As someone who REALLY needs her coffee in the morning, I was worried I was going to spill before I was properly caffeinated. I went simple with an almond croissant, which was good. My colleagues went more hearty with quiches, frittatas (which looked delicious) and oatmeal. I'm trying to pull up the menu on their website but it is actually NOT very user-friendly when it comes to just perusing a menu. I was pleasantly surprised that there is table service. I had expected to order at a counter, so that was a nice touch. Recomend you get there early, before parking on Larchmont becomes a complete fright.
google avatar

Tania M.

Yelp
This place is terrible. Like actually not good. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and a waffle. They would not allow for substitutions, beware! The waffle is tiny and I'm pretty sure was frozen previously. We also ordered bacon with the breakfast sandwich which they missed but still charged us for it. Our food took over an hour. Disappointed and surprised this place is surviving in larchmont.

Yelp
A very large selection of breakfasts for every taste, delicious fresh pastries. I like your serving of coffee in cups with a small teapot. (Manhattan Beach, CA)
google avatar

Matt L.

Yelp
The food is really tasty and great here. I highly recommend the gazpacho if you haven't tried it yet. Service is very fast and they have very polite servers. There is indoor and outdoor seating and table options depends on your mold, ambiance is very chill and play a soft classical music. Recommend it for breakfast and brunch or snacks in between meals with coffee or cup of tea.

Yelp
Wow, I am genuinely SO disappointed in this restaurant. Not one, not two, but THREE items came incorrect and/or missing. How does this happen? I spent $97.09 for a nice brunch at home, but instead I ended up fighting for even a fraction of a refund for the incorrect items. First, I ordered a large ICED matcha with oatmilk, but I got a HOT, milk coffee. I'm lactose intolerant!!!! In my images, you will see clear evidence. How could I have obtained a hot coffee cup? Next, I ordered bacon. What did I get? BREAD. Tons of BREAD. I swear to the lord, you can check every single item I got, and not ONE comes with that much flipping bread?! It was clearly mistakenly swapped for... copious amounts of bread?? Next, I ordered a sandwich and it genuinely looked so cheap, I thought I got the wrong item ordered. It looks and tastes like a McDonalds sandwich that has been ran over by a truck. The quiche was actually disgusting and tasted nothing like quiche. It was too salty, horrific texture, and overall VERY disappointing. I cannot believe this. I never, ever, ever, ever in all of my life have ever commented or left a bad review for a business, but I made an account SPECIFICALLY to rate the business. Where is the quality assurance? This was a complete rip off!
google avatar

Yelp
Just left breakfast at La Pain Quotidien & wanted to leave a review of my experience!! The food was amazing, I had the Dutch mini pancakes, with a baguette & 4 berry jam, the apple turnover, and a fresh mint lemonade it was all delicious and came out so quickly!! It's a great atmosphere with fresh made bread and pastries daily! My server Joe was very attentive and just made the whole experience that much better with his kind & friendly service! He also helped me decide what to get with his recommendations, and I have to say, I loved it all, so he did a great job! I was also shocked to have the manager come check in and see how everything was. I believe her name was Maria. As amazing as everything was, it's the wonderful people working here that'll keep me coming back!! 10/10 would recommend!!
google avatar

Theart P.

Yelp
Very thankful for their offerings of vegan items. So many breakfast type places that offer baked goods don't offer a single vegan option. Thankfully, Le Pain Quotidien does. I was able to get some banging blueberry muffins that were perfectly tasty. It was a very pleasant experience and this is a great, nicely laid out store with very friendly employees. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!

Yelp
The best fruit salads EVER super fresh, super delicious. Great customer service, definitely recommend.

Maya K.

Yelp
My sister and I come to visit often, and we leave satisfied with the service. Nat our server knows how to suggest items on the menu that are filling to our needs. The pastries are delicious my favorite is the chocolate croissant, it always comes out fresh and exceeds my sweet tooth. We love sitting outside when the weather permits us, but this place is a small gem that we love to visit occasionally. Thank you! :)

Mariana M.

Yelp
I have a Fantastic experience every time I come here !The food is delicious, and the service is always top-notch. Definitely appreciate the servers always creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere Highly recommended! P.S. Try the lentil soup!

Yelp
I went here with my cousin and her friends since she say this is one of her favorite brunch spot. The first thing they do is ask for to see your vaccination card and ID before you can dine in. I am not sure if this is a LA thing or just this restaraunt since J am from OC and I haven't been to an establishment that ask to see my vaccination card. It is is nice that they are keeping us safe. Food-4/5 The food is very tasty and great to take pictures since it looks so pretty. I got the avocado turkey and arugula toast. It all works very together and the mini pickles they give you is very adorable. The only problem I had with this dish is the toast. I believe they use sourdough bread and seem to toast mine a little too much. The toast was very hard and felt like I was chewing on a rock so I didn't end up finishing it. Everyone else enjoy their meal and drinks and say it was good Service 5/5- The service here is very fast and friendly. They also give a small discount if you are a college student or go to UCLA. It is a great spot for a brunch date with your friends or partner. I saw some people studying here too.

Barry A.

Yelp
Delicious food. Great service. Nice friendly environment. Would highly recommend! Try the egg skillet breakfast. Really excellent.

Yelp
Le Pain Quotidien is easily one of my fav brunch / breakfast spots in LA. Its one of those restaurants where every single ingredient tastes good and healthy for you. Even eating a fruit tart pastry you feel sexy and clean its a Win for me yall. Today ordered the Salmon Omelette which is extraordinary with the white sauce and some bread on the side with the spread ofc and a belgian mocha to top it all off. 10/10 will come here forever

Yelp
Wonderful place thank you Jhonny for helping me out so it was nice when someone cares about. The customers and I will definitely return back here again one of the best location spots in Larchmont area. Food is awesome. Pantries are delicious. Nothing goes wrong here.
google avatar

Ori B.

Yelp
Breakfast is really good here. Service is good and location is great. Food is really good and we will definitely be coming back here again and again. Great chain tea lattes for sure. You should absolutely eat here.

Yelp
How disappointing can a $20 sandwich and coffee combo be? Well, if you need a comprehensive answer to this riddle, visit and try it out. You'll be dazzled by one thing and one thing alone: that despite the ridiculous amount of packaging you will get the quality of food you'd expect at a gas station just outside Pahrump, and just as dry and lifeless, with the volume of packaging you'd expect at a convention of climate change deniers. Not just bad: insultingly so.

M C.

Yelp
Went here for breakfast, had the egg plate with salad, bread and avocado. Excellent food, bread is great! Service is a little hit and miss, very nice but only two servers for the whole restaurant. Nice atmosphere, pleasant company, there's a communal table which was kind of fun. Solid recommendation for this restaurant.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
You get two stars the 2nd one being specifically for the good quality of your food. Who, though, of you considers this the actual definition of a sliced tomatoes at an extra cost of $2.00? One small cherry tomato per avocado toast slice? #funnynotfunny

Yelp
The superior study spot in Westwood. They have large tables with outlets nearby, delicious coffee and breads, great natural lighting, strong wifi, and nice music taste in the background. I also like coming here for breakfast or lunch with friends - such a cute spot here in Westwood! I recommend ordering a fresh baguette sliced up with jam and butter for a delicious study snack.

Yelp
This restaurant was bigger than I expected. They have more seating in the back and some outdoor seating as well. As soon as I walked in, I smelled the deliciousness of coffee brewing. But when I sat down, I could smell dirty rags from the table. Our chairs had crumbs on the seats. I expected a lot more from such a popular franchise. Parking: metered spots in front of the businesses as in a downtown area Service: people are friendly. Food: expensive (maybe it's pretty standard for this neighborhood), health-conscious. Brunch for two people was almost $40. I like that they specify cost on the menu for add-ons or substitutions. The bread was good. Not sure I'll come back just because there are other options for brunch here. Note: they use paper straws.
