We stayed for 2 nights and it was a good stay.||Pros:|-Friendly and helpful staff|-Our room had great view|-Quiet part of town but still walkable to old town - about 30 mins walk or you -can get a tram to anywhere you wanna go easily in the area|-The gym is a good one. |It’s not the usual hotel “gym” which has one treadmill and one set of dumbbells on the floor. ||Cons:|- Probably some more vegan options for breakfast would be nice. It was great they had oat milk but maybe some healthy oats, more fruits and some hot grilled veggies would be nice. ||Overall great stay. Thank you :-)

Clean and professional hotel, including a friendly staff with all the amenities offered at a Ritz-Carlton for a great price! The staff was a great help and did the most to make sure the stay was enjoyable. Our main reason for this review was because our room was a standard queen, it was nice but the AC had broken down in the June heat. We asked for a fan or a technician and instead they upgraded us to a deluxe king room with a great view at no extra charge! Even offering free drink tickets. Really just an honest and courteous organization and wouldn’t recommended any other hotel in Prague. Thanks.

An extremely clean and well-maintained hotel, with superb and tasteful decor. I spent two nights here—my room was spotless and had everything I needed. However, I can’t say the same about the staff, who seemed very uninterested in the guests. While I was waiting at the reception, they were chatting among themselves and didn’t pay any attention to us, and the same happened with the restaurant staff. One day, the breakfast service was impeccable, but the next day there were completely different employees who seemed far less interested in the guests and were talking among themselves. Even though on my last day I arrived 30 minutes before breakfast ended, much of the food (such as omelets, eggs, etc.) was no longer available, and I had to wait 25 minutes for an orange juice, even though there were only six people at breakfast. On the other hand, the staff working at the bar were very friendly, and the cocktails were excellent. Such a pitty for this amazing place, very close to city center.

Great stay Pros: - located in the quiet part of town but still easy 30 mins walk or quick tram ride to the centre of old town or anywhere around. - The gym is ace. They have the core basics where you can do a proper workout - Nice bathroom with great hot shower - Our room had a great view overlooking the town even though it was on the second floor out of 4 floors - friendly staff :-) Cons - Breakfast was okay. More vegan options would be desireable. For example more fruits, grilled veggies, better cereal or musli options (not sugary ones but healthier ones)

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Le Palais Art Hotel Prague from 12th to 18th May 2025, and we couldn’t have asked for a more enriching and delightful experience. Property is a beautiful blend of classic architecture and curated art.|Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, ensuring comfort every day. Breakfast was a daily treat — with fresh produce, great coffee, and attentive service, especially seating arrangements outside in the open was a morning delight. |The location is ideal — a short distance away from the Old Town, yet blissfully peaceful and away from the tourist hustle. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, helping us with recommendations and local guidance, including provision of packed breakfast since we left on 18th May 2025, at 5.25 AM to catch train to Warsaw.

This stunning hotel was originally built as a residential palace in 1897 and wow do you really feel that vibe. The architecture is stunning from the Belle Époque era. The way they styled the interior, breathtaking, every spot in this place is photo op. Great location, we enjoyed our room and the green tiled sauna. Great trip, highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. We liked how professional and attentive the staff were throughout the stay, something a lot of hotels are lacking these days. Also a beautiful building with a beautiful and thought through interior. Great breakfast. And for us, a perfect location, in a nice neighborhood close to the city center. Thank you for having us.

The hotel is really lovely, lovely breakfast spread and very fresh. Staff are really nice. Its approx 40 minute walk to the old town square and approx 20 minutes to the national museum but getting trams are so easy from here. Its lovely and quiet at night. Rooms are a lovely size and lobby drinks are really good. Only issue we had was our bathroom smelt really badly of drains. Lovely and clear however.

Yelp
I fell in love with Le Palais on my first visit to Prague a few years ago, so it was a pretty easy choice to make for my "home away from home" on my most recent visit. As its name suggests, everything about "the Palace" is tastefully luxurious - from the opulent architecture and exquisitely appointed rooms, to the remarkable service and amenities. Located in Prague 4, is it about a 10 min car ride away from Prague 1, where you can find a lot of the tourist sites. So it is a tiny bit outside of the hustle/bustle of the Mala Strana/Old Town etc., but if you're in the mood for a stroll it is a pretty straight shot from the hotel down to the Charles Bridge area (about 30 mins walking with stuff to see along the way). So the hotel is gorgeous - staff is very welcoming - multi-lingual staff makes it easy to communicate. Exhausted after my arrival, I sent my bags up to the room and popped in to The Library right off the lobby to grab a quick bite for lunch. Set like an English library you would see in a home, replete with comfortable armchairs, walls of books, and an open fireplace, it was quite cozy. I had a pasta fagioli and Duck breast with risotto that was utterly divine! To note: there is an absolutely gorgeous Summer Terrace to dine on with a wonderful view of the hills and the city. My guestroom was beautiful - about 300 sq ft deluxe room with a King Size bed. Marble EVERYWHERE - all the bathroom walls, counters, and even the frame around the mirror. But what I LOVED the most - the FLOORS ARE HEATED! Yes, you heard me right. You know when you wake up early in the AM to go to the bathroom and your bare feet hit the floor - well it is nice and toasty warm! They also have state-of-the-art equipment in the bathroom - an electronic box on the wall does everything at the touch of a button - lift the toilet seat, warm the toilet seat, control the bidet, warmth of water etc. etc. Yes you can lift the seat yourself, but hey! Less germs on the hands, maybe? Lol Anywho, the geek in me thought it was neat! Hallways again were gorgeous, Victorian themed furniture spotted throughout the halls. Lots of luxury amenities - private car service, personal shopper etc and the concierge can even arrange for hunting, horseback riding, castle hopping, or any other activity you would like to partake in while you're there. Luxury jewelry pieces are displayed throughout and available for purchase as well. The Pure Spa was a little slice of heaven - will have to do a separate review on that one. Definitely one of my fave hotels in Europe!

Yelp
I have experiences only with restaurant so that´s what I am reviewing. And it´s perfect. It´s not for regular dinning because of pretty high prices but it´s definitely worth it. Everything is simply awesome. Service, meals, enviroment, everything. Waitres know when to come and yet you don´t have a feeling that they stare at you. Enviroment is very luxury and still not overdecorated. It has everything what you expect from high class restaurant and you don´t regret money spent. Meals are delicious and the best is seven courses menu. But I am pretty sure that you will love whatever you order. They focus more on light meals like mediterrian cousine. Also choice of wine is excellent. As I said it´s not for regular dinning (as far as it´s not paid by your company) but I definitely recommend to visit this place at least once.
