Great restaurant with perfect view on cathedral. But it’s not a “tourist trap” restaurant. Well deserved Michelin and G&M classification. Perfect cooking of super fresh products and very tasty. Superbe wine pairing and wine card. Nice and harmful service. Great discovery and to be recommended.

At the beginning I made the reservation here because most restaurants were closed on Sunday afternoon, but this was open and was very well rated. The food is very refine and super tasty. The pairing of the wine with the different courses was fenomenal. Very good service from the staff. Prices are not so low but it worth it. Great experience.

Incredible vegetarian menu. Extremely good compared to price. Congrats to chef.

First of all, very professional waiters who see everything, follow up swiftly, and are very friendly. Apart from that the food is exquisite, with seasonal ingredients of which a few come back throughout the multiple dishes. We had the 5-course and 6-course vegetables menu and that was enough for us (not really big eaters). Take your time (count around or at least 3 hours) and enjoy this very good restaurant. The average review ratings here are testament to the quality of this place.

We had a wonderful diner at Le Pampre. The views were breathtaking (we sat outside looking at the Cathedral), the food was inventive and incredibly well prepared, and the service was superb. I highly recommend.

Yelp
Vegetarian Tasting Menu in Metz. With the snow outside, falling on the lovely cathedral, we were able to dine in style. Their tasting menu offered 2 choices so the Mr & I decided to each get 1 menu so we could try it all. Starters The fresh cow's milk from Bettina de Bacourt Raviola (singular of ravioli) with smoked cream, watercress broth infused with ginger and bergamot, steamed leeks with butter. This was okay but paled in comparison to the....... ......Bio beluga lentils "caviar" in warm vinaigrette, muslin of carrots, poached egg with carrot foam - the flavor & textures were amazing 2nd Course: Végétaux - Veggies! This was a mixture of beets, apple, celery confit, green cabbage, carrots also enjoyed the bok Choi with risotto of organic fertilizers, soufflé cereals, smoked basil, celery fondant 3rd Course: Carrott and Orange - orange sorbet with carrot confit doused in Lorraine honey, carrot purée, carrot sponge biscuit, orange-carrot gelled, charcoal meringue Also had a Baked Apple with apple fondant, caramel confit insert, apple chips, vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt pouring ball, caramel caviar. Overall, we liked the meal A-OK but what threw it to 4 Stars was the wine pairing. The wines were amazing on their own & enhanced each dish extremely well Might try another vegetarian-friendly restaurant next time we're in Metz but have to say we were fans
