Le Panoramic Hôtel

Beautiful location overlooking the valley and vines. At check in, decided to upgrade to a suite with a view. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bathroom was amazing. There were tiny issues of upkeep that seemed to go unnoticed in our suite-a few places with wallpaper hanging in spots. Seemed odd that it had not been taken care of. The breakfast was delightful. The wine bar has snacks that could be a light meal, but options in town otherwise. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic front desk and servers in the bar. I have a gluten intolerance and a nut allergy and they were able to recommend some appetizers with wine as we overlooked the vineyards and sunset. Hotel is in a great location down the hill from the old town of Sancerre. Breakfast was OK, but with no real gluten options so I skipped at the second day, It’s an additional cost.||||The upgraded room overlooking the vineyards was beautiful. The hotel is clean and the parking is nearby, but it is public and our car was hit overnight.

A modern stylish hotel with spacious rooms. Stayed in an attic room but views over the vineyards from the velux window. Enjoyed a relaxing drink in the bar with amazing views over the vineyards. A short stroll into the lovely town centre for the restaurants. Parking was easy in the free spaces opposite the hotel.

staff is very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for one night only but i can say the room was very clean, well decorated and we had a really nice view on the local vineyards. Of course we had to try one which was very rich and pleasant. We also had a walk through the town. It was quite calm with a lot of stores selling local goods, especially wine. I can recommend both the hotel and the area.

We stayed here at the end of a touring holiday and would definitely return. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Staff were absolutely lovely, great food recommendations and dealt with booking a table for us too.

A modern hotel (replacing the old and tired one) on a great location, just below the old town centre of Sancerre at walking distance. Beautiful views of the vineyards below are certainly panoramic! Good facilities, comfortable rooms and friendly service. Reasonably priced.

The rooms overlooking the vineyard and swimming pool as shown on the website are a cost upgrade but worth it.|Rooms are small but comfortable.|Easy walk up the hill into town, which has some nice coffee shops and of course, lots of wine domains.|Parking is public parking opposite the hotel and free.|The bar only serves pre-prepared wine pairing food, hummous, terrine etc. so dine at a nearby restaurant first. Staff are not very attentive so may have to wait a while.

We had a two night stay at the hotel last week. it was fantastic. The rooms were good size, clean, well decorated and maintained with all the usual facilities. The bar had a balcony overlooking the pool and the valleys which were covered in the vineyards. The hotel had a wine shop and the bar offered a great variety of drinks. The hotel does not have a car park which put me off when booking but in reality it is not a problem there is ample free parking across the road. The hotel is ideally situated to walk in to the town. We also hiked down the valley and joined the old railway path which was lovely.
