My first stay at Le Parc Hotel Quito absolutely exceeded all expectations—it truly blew me away.||Despite it being a busy date, we were offered early check-in without even asking, along with complimentary drinks at the bar. Those gestures alone set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional stay.||I was traveling for business and was placed on the Rose Garden floor, where every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The rose garden itself is stunning, and the corridor leading to the rooms is beautifully decorated with roses hanging from vases—an elegant and unforgettable touch. The hotel even partners with Paccari, offering chocolate samples paired with Ecuadorian red roses, which felt both luxurious and uniquely local.||The room was impeccably designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were perfect, and even the drawers and closet were beautifully finished. In a time when many luxury hotels offer generic bottled toiletries, Le Parc stands out by providing personalized bottles—an extra detail that truly elevates the experience.||The hotel is also ideally located in one of the best areas of Quito for business and luxury, making it incredibly convenient without sacrificing comfort or elegance.||This was an outstanding first stay, and I genuinely cannot wait to return. The rose garden is beautiful, and the hallway leading to the rooms is decorated with roses hanging from vases, creating a truly special atmosphere. The hotel also partners with Paccari, offering chocolate samples with Ecuadorian red roses, which was a lovely and unique touch. The room itself was beautifully laid out. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and even the drawers and closet were well designed. I especially appreciated the personalized toiletry bottles—something you rarely see anymore, even in luxury hotels. The location is perfect for business and upscale areas of Quito. This was an exceptional first stay, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal 5-star hotel. What ever you do don’t skip their breakfast buffet. It’s extremely fancy options and tastes incredible. Staff is friendly and have nothing but positive things to say. The spa has an incredible relaxation massage for 1 hour 20 minutes at only $65. Everything is high end. Even most of the tv channels are in English.

Spent 2 nights here, just wish it was more. The bed was beautiful, the bathroom well appointed and spacious. The service from staff top notch. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the drinks and food at dinner were excellent. Again wish I was here longer. Good job everyone!

One of the best hotels in Quito. 5 star hotel. Rooms are welcoming, comfortable, cozy, relaxing with an awesome view of the city. Do not hesitate to visit either for business of pleasure. They have a restaurant on the bottom floor and a disco/bar in the penthouse.

Stayed here for 4 nights either side of a trip to the Galapagos ... Decent hotel in good location...incredibly well kitted out, but underused gym. Good breakfast, but watch out for the tea bag tied to the handle which can catch you out on removal 🤦

Had an excellent breakfast at Epicur! Our server Andres was so friendly and helped us with recommendations that were absolutely delicious! The overall atmosphere is very nice.

We had a great stay at Le Parc Hotel in Quito. The hotel served as our home base for different adventures in Ecuador. The location is fantastic and we felt safe walking around at night. There are great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is also a great park, La Carolina, right next to the hotel. It is a great place for a walk and getting a breath of fresh air. The hotel is modern and clean. We stayed in the residence suite and found it to be very comfortable. For me the best feature of this hotel is the gym. It was by far the best hotel gym I have ever seen! The equipment are brand new and so many machines that are not normally found in a hotel gym. You will find everything that you need in this gym! We also had a couple of meals at the hotel restaurant, Epicure, and we enjoyed our meals and the service received. Lastly, we want to especially thank, Paulina, at the front desk. She made our stay so much better and her kindness made it memorable. Overall, I recommend Le Parc for your stay in Quito. We can't wait to return!
