Le Parfum

Every each of my experiences at this store since 2020 was horrible. I only go there because they have one rare parfum which you cannot find in the majority of beauty stores. The approach, the way staff treat you is so unfriendly, so rude, I can’t find words for this unpleasant feeling you have after leaving this store. Firstly, they don’t remember you as their customer. Secondly, one of the times when I got a pretty expensive parfum and asked to change the lid on dispenser because it’s pretty hard to do with inexperienced hands, she made such a displeased face as if it was not her job to do that. I came for the millionth time today to purchase one of their perfumes again. The cashier had such an unpleasant and controlling vibe. When I tried to smell the parfum she immediately came up and said that “it’s not allowed to smell the parfum, only to spray it on a piece of paper”. She said it with a face and tone of a prison guard. “It’s not allowed”?! Who is training these people there? I respect policies of this store but the way they tell that, the way they treat you if you are not wearing Chanel or Gucci is horrible. When she said that to me, I just left the store, I had no wish to purchase anything, it was the last straw throughout these last years. You guys just lost another customer🤷🏽‍♀️

We came in here on a day trip/stopover in Vienna on our way to Italy, and weren’t dressed nicely etc as we had a full day of travelling, but the gentleman (I didn’t get his name) was so nice and spent a long time with me picking a scent (which I purchased) because the one I initially wanted was out of stock. He was very patient while I tried at least 10 different scents! I could have spent more money in here but was limited in what I could take in my carry on luggage, otherwise I’d have bought another two fragrances I was interested in. It was a lovely experience for my first time in Austria!

Horrible experience with this store. I understand that not having self service is part of your identity as a boutique, but that doesn’t excuse the rudeness and lack of respect for the customer in any way! You keep replying here to reviews saying you’re gonna do something about the attitude of the employees, but rest assured you’re just saying it to seem interested in the issue. The truth is that it’s been happening for a long time and nothing’s changed. All I can say is that being welcoming and polite to paying customers costs you nothing, while driving them away from your establishment with your poor customer service costs you a lot more.

This store is a must if you are a fan of the niche fragrances! It is a small store, with limited number of people they let in so that everyone gets the assistance, their selection is amazing and the sales assistants are very kind and approachable. I was amazed by the knowledge and expertise of the sales assistant who is expecting a baby, unfortunately I don’t remember the name but she was very kind.

Worst experience ever! The lady almost kicked us out from the store with her attitude! She raised her voice, being completely rude! She was yelling “we spraaaayy” because, like in every other niche perfume store, we were trying the perfumes! Nothing out of the ordinary, but she was very triggered by this, and started raising her voice at us, saying we should not touch the bottles of perfumes, yet alone spraying them on the blotters 😳😳😳. Also, we are perfume collectors, me and my girlfriend, we have hundreds of perfumes, and we’ve been in niche perfumery stores around the world, and we’ve never experienced something like this!! Worst worst worst customer service i’ve personally experienced! I’m even sorry i have to give 1 stars, you actually deserve -1!

Great for Niche fragrance lovers! This is an amazing location! They have many fragrance houses like: Sora Dora, Penhaligon’s, Scentologia, Xerjoff, Fugazzi, Clive Christian and so many more! Tinca was an amazing sales associate! She so knowledgeable, helpful and super nice! Whenever I come back to Vienna, I’m definitely visiting this location again!

Professional, knowledgeable and kind. Always patient with me and I can try whatever my heart desires. Never had any issues and I'm there a lot. Some tourists that post negative ratings should learn some bonton and have some manners and they won't have any issues. One of the best perfume boutique's in Vienna 👍🏻

Violetta is a master….she knows every scent and guided us towards new colognes and perfumes that you can’t find elsewhere. Great experience and great shop.

Went in to search for 2 specific fragrances, asked one lady if they had a certain Montale, she replied that they did not. Went to ask her about the other fragrance (a quite pricey one I will add) and she blatantly ignored me and went to help someone else. I then went to Nägele & Strubell, they were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I spent 600€. Would not recommend this place at all, find your niche fragrances elsewhere.
