Le Parfum

Truly the best experience I ever had in any fragrance shop, and I was everywhere in this city from little open market shops to beauty shops to Notino to the big ones like Creed, Topsi, Nägele& Strubel. The way I was handled was the most friendly and professional by the sweet gentleman inside, I ended up finding a masterpiece and buying it and I will be going back there every time I need something new.

I would not come here, unless you speak perfect German (preferably an Austrian accent). One particular female attendant is extremely rude, specifically to non-native German speakers — consistent with previous reviews: saying things to customers like “you are not allowed to…” as you try and shop. Typically one expects reasonable service from a shop selling expensive products - this is not the case here, and I suspect many would not enjoy the way they are treated.

Violetta is very attentive and professional, a true expert in her field. Working with her was a great experience — everything was clear, smooth, and handled with care. I highly recommend this store.

I have never met anyone who knows more about perfumes than Ela - she’s the reason I keep returning. I have a little bit of obsession with niche perfumes, and it’s so nice to see someone so knowledgeable who doesn’t rush your decision but really takes time to find the best match for you. I would give this 10 stars, because of her.

Al madena, she is consistently demonstrates excellent product knowledge and confidently recommends fragrances based on customer preferences. Her friendly approach helps customers feel comfortable and valued.

Last weekend I went shopping at Le Parfum in Vienna. My companion and I already know some perfumeries but this one is really the content of expertise and small but damn fine! Had the best consultation with Claudia and her descriptions for fragrances is awesome! If you love high quality fragrances it's a must do! ☺️

Every each of my experiences at this store since 2020 was horrible. I only go there because they have one rare parfum which you cannot find in the majority of beauty stores. The approach, the way staff treat you is so unfriendly, so rude, I can’t find words for this unpleasant feeling you have after leaving this store. Firstly, they don’t remember you as their customer. Secondly, one of the times when I got a pretty expensive parfum and asked to change the lid on dispenser because it’s pretty hard to do with inexperienced hands, she made such a displeased face as if it was not her job to do that. I came for the millionth time today to purchase one of their perfumes again. The cashier had such an unpleasant and controlling vibe. When I tried to smell the parfum she immediately came up and said that “it’s not allowed to smell the parfum, only to spray it on a piece of paper”. She said it with a face and tone of a prison guard. “It’s not allowed”?! Who is training these people there? I respect policies of this store but the way they tell that, the way they treat you if you are not wearing Chanel or Gucci is horrible. When she said that to me, I just left the store, I had no wish to purchase anything, it was the last straw throughout these last years. You guys just lost another customer🤷🏽‍♀️

Very nice place! They have famous but also rare fragrances. Small place So they reduce people to get inside, but they are very helpful! Thank to assistant Remulo, he was very kind and have large overview about perfumes there.

Went in to search for 2 specific fragrances, asked one lady if they had a certain Montale, she replied that they did not. Went to ask her about the other fragrance (a quite pricey one I will add) and she blatantly ignored me and went to help someone else. I then went to Nägele & Strubell, they were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I spent 600€. Would not recommend this place at all, find your niche fragrances elsewhere.
