Good view of the eiffel tower but a bit dirty of a room. Cracked shower stall, the grout has turned yellow in spots and white in others so you just know its not scrubbed. The service is VERY kind and welcoming. The rooms just need a little love and maintenance especially for the price...and that was the off season price so it was "cheaper"...still too expensive for what the room was

It’s my 3rd time visiting Paris. We choose nice hotel this time. The location is so perfect, close to the metro or bus. Room service always clean your room everyday. They give you water everyday. The amenities are from L’occitane. If you need slippers just ask them they will bring it to your room fast. The staff’s so friendly. The room with Eiffel tower view is amazing. Front of the hotel there’s Sunday market. You will find easily everything you need around the hotel, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, bistro, asian food, McDonald, boutique, chocolate store, shopping store, you named it. And It’s just like 15 min walking to the Eiffel tower. If you have a dog with you, they will not charge your dog. Like they don’t charge a pet in metro/bus as well. What an amazing pet friendly hotel.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, and it was completely worth the price we paid. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were also great — everything was easy to access and worked perfectly. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The quality and freshness of the food really stood out, and it was such a nice way to start the day. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent food made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, well-priced place to stay, and I’d love to return in the future.

eiffel tower view room is good, you will see half part of the tower from window. good breakfast, we are asian from the philippines, and most breakfast that we had from different hotels in europe had cold cuts only. its good for us that they have option of scrambled eggs, baked beans, sausage and fried bacon. we had a wonderful staycation in this hotel in paris. will be back here soon.

I have stayed here twice in the past year, will stay again next time I travel to Paris, and recommend to friends and colleagues. The location is perfect - away from heavy tourist traffic but close to many attractions by walk or by metro. Nearby Rue du Lourmel has local shops - cheese, bread, fruit, wine. The hotel is happy to provide plates and cutlery for a room-picnic. When there have been minor issues with the room or bookings (as is normal when travelling) the hotel staff resolve quickly with good humour and kindness. Small touches like little chocolates in the room or petit four in reception are so special and welcoming. In winter the view of the lit-up Tour Eiffel is magical.

The hotel is in great location, on 3 major subway lines, so you get everywhere nicely, Eiffel Tower is nice stroll away. Surrounding area is mostly clean and felt safe and relatively quite. The staff is absolutely incredible, helpful with everything and they offered us no charge early check-in, which was a life saver after our night flight. Room was enormous, bed was comfy and nice shower. It can be spotted that hotel is not new, but pretty much everything is taken care of, so the age doesn't show. That being said, elevator definitely shows the age and it's noisy and it was next to our room. Nothing that would bother me, but it could bother someone. Breakfast is average in my opinion, selection is not very wide, but it's all fresh. I had worse in better hotels, had betted in cheaper hotels. Overall I would recommend the hotel to everyone, if they are okay with the price.

We stayed 3 wonderful nights with our 3 year old son. I spent a lot of time researching hotels and Im glad we stuck with this one. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and enjoyed a coffee whilst we checked in. We had a superior room with Eiffel tower views, the room was large with a beautiful bed. The maccaroons on arrival were very well received. The location although not in the heart of Paris was still very accessible. On the Sunday morning, I opened our window to see a beautiful market setup under the subway. It was surreal! I was a bit reluctant about the price however after our stay I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Le Parisis! We booked the room with the Eiffel Tower view and enjoyed seeing it light up each night. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive and delivered treats throughout the stay like welcome macaroons and drink vouchers. Breakfast was timely and well appointed each morning. Really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again!

Nice spacious rooms for Paris. Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and a 15 minute walk to see the Eiffel Tower up close. The elevator wasn't working for half a day and we were on the 6th floor, but they had it repaired by the next day. The staff when we checked out was nice and super helpful

Our stay at Le Parisis Hotel was perfect; they have earned all five stars from the beginning to the end of our stay. When you look at the photos of their website, that is truly what it looks and feels like in person. Staff: From the moment we checked in until we left, all of the staff, including the housekeeping, staff were welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. For example we were going out for a walk, and it had started to sprinkle, they offered us umbrellas. Bar/Dining: Full bar, and several food items. While we did not try the food items, the drinks did not disappoint and were reasonably priced. Cleanliness & Comfort: The lobby, dining area, elevators, and our hotel room were spotless. In addition, our hotel room had all of the amenities/items that we needed- Nespresso pods, water, tea, slippers, robes, heated, towel rack, toiletries, and many other treats! Oh and, our view was of the Eiffel Tower- very cool! Location: The location is perfect & felt very safe. We were able to take a quick metro from the airport to a block away from the hotel; only cost 2 euro a person which was cheaper than an Uber. The hotel is central to many main attractions, about a 12 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and there is a fresh market in front of the hotel on Sundays! Our stay was delightful, and I highly recommend staying here if you appreciate comfort, and wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding boutique hotel just 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. What makes this hotel very special is the Staff. They are driven to make your stay, a warm and extraordinary welcome to Paris. The accommodations are new, neat and clean and comfortable. Not especially roomy but more than enough space for a couple on holiday. Be sure to ask Antonin to create one of his special, cucumber infused gin & tonics!!!

This is a fantastic hotel with top notch service. If I could give them six stars I would. I made the unfortunate initial decision to stay at the Astoria Astotel, but thankfully was able to switch to La Parisis Hotel. The rooms are really clean and comfortable, location convenient and everyone at the front desk is incredible. Adelie is a true saint. I needed a laundry service. Adelie not only found me a place, but when they weren't open this morning she graciously agreed to pick up my clothes while I was at Versailles, so that I wouldn't have to leave France without my laundry (many places are closed on Sundays). Note to hotel management: please ensure front desk staff such as Adelie are treated as well as they treat your guests!!

This is a great little hotel in Paris. Easy access to the subway, walk to the Eiffel tower and the river Seine. Many rooms with a view of the Eiffel tower to enjoy the nightly light show. The morning buffet breakfast is good and the staff all seemed to be happy to help with any request. Everyone working there spoke good English. The rooms are nice with a very modern style. While not overly large, they are still quite comfortable. There are many restaurants & bars nearby and a few patisseries as well. We found an ATM across the street and even a Starbucks if you want one. Directly in front of the hotel there is a farmers market on the weekend and on Wednesdays with vegetables, fruits, meats and some crafts. Several block long and fun to visit. Hint:. Book directly with the hotel and you get the breakfast buffet included for free, and the hotel may give you a room upgrade.

Stayed here when we went to Paris. The staff was plesant and the place was clean. I would definitely recommend.
