Le Parisis Hôtel

Very nice experience. Everything was in order. Staff was very helpful with anything (we got umbrellas for free, we ask and were given cutlery in the middle of the night to eat some leftovers). We had breakfast that was more than ok. The eating place is a nice open space with a wall full of plants, a glass ceiling with a picture on a wall that makes the place resemble a train platform. You can also read paper Le Figaro and The New York Times for free. Very nice touches to the whole experience. The location is also good. You can easily reach any place from here. There are buses, metro, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend at least a trip with metro 6 over Seine river to have a nice overview over Seine with Eiffel Tower in the back. Also on Wednesday and Sunday there is a market in front of the hotel under the metro which offers a lot of things to eat, especially fruits and vegetables, and other stuff that you can find in these kind of markets.

Pictures on hotels.com and website are deceiving. Way too expensive for condition of the hotel. Should be less than € 200 a night. The room was the size expected but it smelled of cigarette smoke and sewage. The location of the hotel is in a scary looking area. Several homeless people sleeping in stoops and hassle you to and from the tram. There was a mold infestation in the bathroom, see photos of ceiling and walls. The toilet seat needs changed, has stains and was gross to use, see photos. If you book the third or fourth floor with Eiffel Tower view you will also see above ground tram rail, photo of this too. The hallways are dark and dingy and the carpet is sticky and stained in the room and hallways.

I really liked it here. The rooms are small so definitely be prepared for that but it was great for location right next to subway. Also plenty of restaurants and things next door. The staff was very friendly and attentive whenever I had questions. The room was very clean and the view for the Eiffel Tower was great.

I am so glad we booked at Le Parisis. The staff were wonderful and so hospitable. The service was amazing and speedy. Rooms always clean and amenities offered. We received a very sweet welcome note which made the stay feel even more special. Located within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro as well as supermarkets and Laundromats if needed. Highly recommend booking a room with the Eiffel Tower view.

Room we got had a view of the top third of the tower and we paid more for a view of the tower. Room was literally three metres by three. We had to pack furniture away to open our suit cases. No fridge or basics like tea and milk. Something we would expect for a place like this. We did get a fridge when we asked. Shower filled with water due to drainage. We ordered Room service and chips were soaked in oil and burnt. Breakfast was great. Overall would not recommend staying here. Restaurants and eateries also very expensive around this hotel. Coffee is roughly 12 euro each. Lastly if you have a view you also get a train running outside your window every few minutes but they have done their best to soundproof the windows.

Loved our stay at Le Parisis! Super comfortable bed, great shower, fantastic view, perfect location, and very friendly service. We stayed specifically in room 64 with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The fact that the front desk staff spoke English was a plus. Rooms are pleasantly larger than we expected to find in Paris. Great breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay at Le Parisis again!

The stay here was great. They pay great attention to ensure your stay is exceptional. Everyone is friendly and so accommodating. The room was clean and a good size for us. We had a decent view of the tower and you’d never guess we were across from the train. The room was so quiet and we slept great. The concierge type service will definitely have us booking again for our next visit!
