I recently discovered a charming restaurant in the Kacyiru district of Kigali called Le Petit Chalet, and it was an absolute delight! Perfect for brunch, dinner, and breakfast, this place has quickly become a favorite. Even without a reservation and with a party of six, the friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we had a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the food was simply delicious. From start to finish, everything about our meal at Le Petit Chalet was lovely. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to enjoy great food and warm hospitality in Kigali. Can't wait to visit again!

This is a must go to restaurant in Kigali. The atmosphere is amazing, and the decoration is really pretty. The food is good and the staff are friendly. I recommend the french onion soup and chicken schnitzel. I don’t remember the exact names but it should be somewhat similar to how I described.

Great dining experience. The French Onion soup is really tasty. Our entrees were nice, good portion of the lamb shank, though could have used a little more sauce. The creme brulee dessert is a nice, not too heavy, fresh flavored way to end the meal.

This place is overrated. The food is too expensive and too salty. I felt like eating salt as a whole while eating salmon. Potatoes same as salty.

Chanced on this Gem and Gorgeous place with spectacular views and awesome ambience from an insta post on best restaurants in Kigali and due diligence from Google Maps. The place is nestled in one of the most amazing areas in Kigali, its very charming and does have character. Went there on my last day in Kigali, truly loved it. Very clean, quaint ans cozy ambience, very prompt and good seevice and food was delicious. The views were beautiful, the place cozy even during the day, I can only imagine at night. The decor is also very well put together with great use of space. While the place is small, it does not feel crammed. The wine was a good and rich selection including of food. I would definitely go back here when in Kigali again!!!

Le petit chalet is the best definition of fine dining. With amazing food with their signature cocktail, i tried Chalet Sangria(red&white) can't get enough of their Desserts. excellent Service and atmosphere🤩 .
