Come to this cafe for a classic French/Parisian breakfast. The portion sizes are not very large, but that is to be expected of a Parisian diet. The fresh pressed orange juice is worth the extra price and the choice of filtered coffee or caffeinated tea along with baguette or croissant get the job done to start the day off.

Bustling little bistro in the 10e. Friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff and a good, quality meal for the cost. I had Soupe à l'oignon gratinée to start, followed by Saucisson d'Auvergne over pureed potatoes with thyme jus, and chocolate cake. Simple, well-prepared, wonderful! Definitely recommend!

Great little restaurant that's worth your time and money. Had both the steak and French onion soup, I recommend both!

Regretfully my dog vomited on the floor (absolutely not a common occurance) but rather than showing concern the woman behind the bar hysterically reprimanded me for using a paper napkin to clean up the mess, screaming, "those napkins are expensive – you know it's me who pays for those!" I apologized for the unfortunate turn of events and offered to pay for the paper napkin but the woman angrily refused. Accidents happen but I was surprised by this reaction. With many other unfavorable reviews it appears that the discourteous behavior I experienced is part of a pattern and I invite the owner to consider the negative impact this likely has on business.

Quaint little bistro. Service was quick, food wasn’t spectacular but prices were pretty reasonable. All in all a decent spot for a quick bite to eat and a drink.

A lovely place but you could encounter a rude, bit agressive and presumptuous owner. Proceed at your own risk if you need an aditional napkin. C'est la vie.

A really good bistro serving local dishes that are high on quality but easy on the pocket, great service with very helpful staff and a lovely cosy atmosphere, a really great place to meet up for a quick drink or four a very satisfying meal!

Yelp
I had the scallops and mushroom on rice. Every thing was good... taste and service and the factor of would I have made that at home... the portion was rather small by US standards. The scallops were sliced pretty thin. 7mm after they shrank from cooking. Maybe I should have ordered something else to see what that portion is like. Lucky there was the bread. The patio outside had smokers so that did not help the situation.

Yelp
I attended the opening of Yelp Drinks here, as they were kind enough to host a Yelp event. The service was a little slow, but it may have been because the bartenders were overwhelmed by eager Yelpers. :) The music was phenomenal, and the decor simple and tasteful. It was wonderful to enjoy some half priced drinks outside on the terrace on a warm spring night. One thing, and this is for the ladies: The WC has a Turkish toilet...dun dun dun! It was the first time in my seven months here that I had faced that particular beast. It's all about tilting at the right angle, but wow can it be a daunting task when you've had a few discounted drinks. Needless to say I was pretty proud after this accomplishment!

Yelp
I tried to Yelp this place back in October 2009 but could not figure out how to enter restaurants that were in Paris, France. Looks like we CAN Yelp Europe now so here is my 1.5-year-old review. Every night this place was packed with a crowd of people around the entrance. We ate at Chez Andre which is across the street twice. We came early, intent on getting in. 30 minutes before they opened, there was already a crowd forming. When my wife and I were seated we soon found out why. There is a single menu posted outside in the window. It is typed-up, and I think it varies day-to-day. You don'at get to choose. Everyone gets the same foods. When you are seated, they bring you your drinks, water, soft dringks, sparkling water, or wines. Then without asking you at all what you want, they bring out the salad. One choice for all. It is an all-you-can-eat salad, and bottom-less bread basket. Then, when you have had enough salad, out comes the push cart with the main entree. This night it was a lightly-breaded steak in a very rich, cream sauce. Also, a mountain of fried potatoes. When you plate is empty, the waiter returns and fills your plate with more steak and more potatoes. This is a French, gourmet, All-you-can-eat place. At the end they have a dessert cart too. The desserts were indescribable. I never thought I would have gourmet food served AYCE. LOL I nearly exploded, and was definitely drunk from all the wine afterwards. Loved it. No wonder it is always packed with people. Good quality, and a good deal.

Yelp
My friend and I had happy hour drinks here as the bar/restaurant caught our eye in passing. We each got a mojito for 5 euros each and stayed for about 25 minutes. The waitress was very friendly; they definitely deserve 5 stars for service! However, my friend & I weren't so impressed with our mojitos and the very minimal happy hour menu. Only a couple of drinks are available with the happy hour prices. Additionally, I would highly recommend that they start using some kind of simple syrup rather than grain sugar to sweeten the mojitos. Some sips were overwhelmingly sweet while others lacked any sweetness and the grainy texture of the sugar definitely didn't make for the best drink.
