Quaint cafe/market featuring pastries & gourmet goodies, plus hot breakfasts & lunchtime sandwiches.
"Established in 2008, the Little Market started as a true market complete with fresh breads, cheeses, pestos, unique locally-made pantry items and flavor-packed sandwiches, soups and salads." - Allen Gaoiran
"Former owner Marchet Sparks transferred ownership of her beloved Kirkwood brunch spot to Osiris Ballard and chef Anthony Sanders in 2021, the team behind Atlanta Breakfast Club and ABC Chicken and Waffles. After reopening the restaurant last fall, Ballard and Sanders kept their word in retaining much of the menu Sparks created for Le Petit Marche when the restaurant first opened in 2008. But look for new dishes on the menu here, too, including fried lobster tail and a short rib burger dripping with cheese and topped with bacon." - Mike Jordan
"Former owner Marchet Sparks transferred ownership of her beloved Kirkwood brunch spot to Osiris Ballard and chef Anthony Sanders in 2021, the team behind Atlanta Breakfast Club and ABC Chicken and Waffles. And after reopening the restaurant under the same name, Ballard and Sanders kept their word in retaining the family-friendly vibe here and much of the menu Sparks created for Le Petit Marche when the restaurant first opened in 2008." - Beth McKibben
"Marchet Sparks transferred ownership of her beloved Kirkwood brunch spot to Osiris Ballard and chef Anthony Sanders in 2021, the team behind Atlanta Breakfast Club and ABC Chicken and Waffles. After reopening the restaurant in 2022, Ballard and Sanders kept their word to longtime patrons, retaining much of the menu Sparks first created. But look for new dishes, too, including seafood gumbo, a short rib burger, and batches of beignets dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled in honey." - Beth McKibben
"In 2021, Osiris Ballard and chef Anthony Sanders (Atlanta Breakfast Club) purchased neighboring brunch restaurant Le Petit Marche from longtime owner Marchet Sparks. Sparks reached out to Ballard and Sanders prior to closing the restaurant in April 2021 to ask if they would be interested in opening another location of Atlanta Breakfast Club in the space. Ballard and Sanders decided to purchase Le Petit Marche from Sparks and continue running the restaurant under its original name. The duo retained much of the Le Petit Marche menu, adding a few fresh additions, including fried lobster tail and a short rib cheeseburger." - Beth McKibben
