Fun spot to visit if you are nearby and have 20-30 minutes available. We dropped in as it was free with the Lyon City card, but not sure if I'd make a trip to find it.

Very small museum but interesting to visit. 30 min long if you are making fun pictures for 5 euros. I appreciate the idea to build this place and that we can discover stuff about Guignol in a very easy way. 3 Different language available ( french/ Eng/ Japanese) !

Adorable museum, an enchanted place. You’ll receive a warm welcome as well. Just careful on the shop, it’s all adorable so you’ll want to buy everything. Near bistros and touristic area the prices of the products are a bit high… Beside the puppets there’s a lot of great souvenirs for tourists and Le Petit Prince products. The museum walk through is included on the City Pass Card (2023) don’t loose the swan lake music box right in the begging of the walk, it’s a beautiful mesmerizing work

Small, claustrophobic, dark, and weird basement of a museum. It is kinda of kitschy and a throwback to the old animatronic days. Could definitely use some upgrades and more space, but it seems like a genuine, work of passion by the owner. Doesn't take much time to pop in there and the price is right so I'd recommend it.

Good place! If you have city card you can join for free.

They were doing a puppet show in the courtyard. That might have been the highlight.

I went there following a recommendation but have to be honest… it’s not that worth it… 1) the shop is crammed, quite small and didn’t have enough authentic items that we’d buy. You have to wait in the shop before entering the museum. 2) the museum is quite disorganised and all over the show. There is very little explanation and it’s mostly puppets displayed. 3) entrance is €5 per adult for literally 10’-15’ of museum which seems quite pricey. I’d recommend because of its uniqueness but otherwise it’s not really worth it.
