"Small by name, but big on ambition! Here we find a hard-working young couple who showcase local produce, among other things. Langoustines and spider crab bisque emulsion; organic Corsican veal in two courses: sweetbreads tartar and roasted loin in a black chanterelle crust… or three-month refined brocciu passu. A real treat." - Michelin Inspector

Nothing more to say. As I told the chef and owner Vincent, it was a delightful evening with all plates extremely well prepared. A real first class effort that we thoroughly enjoyed . Thank you Team for your fine efforts!

If I could give this restaurant more stars I would. I had one of, if not the best multi-course meal in my visits to France. It was recommended to me by a pastry chef in Paris and she was absolutely right. A refined restaurant but thankfully not pretentious or stuffy like some of them can be. Beautiful flavors and fun courses. The waitstaff were very friendly and professional, and Chef Vincent was polite and personable. He took the time to speak to me about his restaurant and ask about my experience, with genuine interest. If you’re in Ajaccio, do not pass up a chance to eat here.

The restaurant exclusively offers a set menu, with no à la carte options, which caught us by surprise as we couldn't find any information about this beforehand. There are two choices: €80 per person for six courses, or €100 per person for more than six. While most of the dishes were excellent, the desserts fell short. One had an overpowering citrus flavor, and the other contained wine, which left an unpleasant aftertaste.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Let me explain why: 1. I waited almost 20 minutes from the moment I arrived for someone to even ask me if I wanted water. Too long for such a restaurant. 2. I do speak French , but when the waitress heard that I have an accent, she offered to speak in English and I accepted, but she didn't speak English so communication was horrible. 3. They don't have a printed menu with prices, they just tell you what they have and you have to more or less guess what it is or comes with and end paying whatever because it's kind of shaming to ask the price of every dish while she recites it in a poor English. 4. They don't have half bottles of wines (I went by myself) and a glass of wine was 12€ of a wine that costs almost the same by the bottle!!!!! 5. THE FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE. I chose a raw fish in a sauce as an starter, it was not fresh. And it had bits of blood all around it. Yikes! (Photo). And the main was a pokebowl with 2 pieces of vegetable and almost no fish with a mega greasy sauce for an absurd price. 6. When she asked how was everything and I told her what I thought she said "well that's what you think" and didn't even accept in a humbling way the critics. basic, bad and expensive. You can eat better at kfc...

My wife and I had lunch today. What a gem of a restaurant! From the service to our food, it was amazing. Our server was fluent in English so we knew what we were getting. For lunch there is no menu. The server describes what’s available. You could choose between 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts. We had the pumpkin soup and fish with black rice. For dessert Susie had an egg white custard and I had chocolate with coffee. The entire meal was fantastic! Our server just was the icing on our cake! I only wish we were in town more than our day cruise ship stop. Anyone in town would be excited to eat here! Just come early if you don’t have a reservation.

Had a marvelous lunch here on a Monday. The food is superb, the presentation perfect, and the wine list excellent. Don’t expect a printed menu, you will have two choices of each course; appetizer, entree, and dessert, whatever the chef has decided to prepare that day. Trust the chef! He knows what he is doing and you cannot go wrong with any choice!!

Lovely restaurant one block back from harbour. Went for early sitting at 1930 and wwre only ones there for sometime. Dishes were fab, especially fish - monkfish and red mullet - amongst best fish dishes we have had. Nice touch woth chef serving the exquisite sauce. Deserts intriguing but great.Wine list expensive but v expensive. Would do back!

Lovely meal! We did the 7 course tasting menu and were very pleased with how unique and thoughtful each dish was individually and as a whole. We do not speak French, but found it easy to interact with all the staff at the restaurant. I highly recommend visiting!
