An incredible experience, this, on a weekend jaunt to Burgundy. The menu is small, with not much choice, but absolutely perfectly judged. Stand-out elements included the wild garlic amuse-bouche, the parcel with prawns, and the fish main course. The faisselle cheese course (I picked the savoury option) and nougat with a rhubarb coulis formed a delightful conclusion. Deeply satisfying. The place was packed throughout, and even offered a second sitting as we were leaving, plus they are dog-friendly. Long may they thrive.
