Excellent old style marwari Haveli. The fresco work and restoration done. The staff is friendly and good. Mr Sanjay however could learn to smile! Good bar and dining room ambience.
Cons: 1. Lack of acceptance of credit cards despite it being mentioned on the booking website
2. No service of tea coffee in room or kettles in room
3. Toilet is extremely small and shower too. Super uncomfortable.
Book and stay only at prince 1 &2 rooms. Rest are not advisable.

Nearly 200 years old place. Being frescoed. Good place to stay for a couple of days. Food taste like home cooked. Drinks available at the bar. Rooms are old times.
But No place for car parking in the premises, it has to be done outside on the road.

Beautiful Haveli with amazing fresco paintings and ambiance. Owned by a French family who bought it from the original Indian ownner 26 years back and took 6 years to restore to it's present glory. At present a caretaker manages the property and owner comes once a year from France. Entry ticket is 100rs per person, charged by the caretaker, and open from 10am to 6pm.

Is this closed ? All doors are closed. It’s completely isolated and not maintained from outside.

Crammed with history. Come for a tour, understand the historical significance of the place that led to the creation of these havelis. Roam around the fully restored haveli. And stay back for lunch / dinner. Staying in this Haveli itself is also a good option.
