Google
Wonderful food and service would definitely recommend a visit. Totally French cuisine and atmosphere. Food was amazing and excellent value for money.

Small quiet authentic French restaurant in the heart of Beaune. We had the duck and steak with a bottle of wine it was all quite enjoyable.

A hidden gem with French cuisine on a side street of Beaune. We enjoyed a warm atmosphere and delicious homemade food. The morelle sauce on the steak with the Rösti was one of our food highlights during our trip in France. Merci beaucoup! Also worth mentioning the very good wine list which included many half bottles. And of course the desserts.

Google
A cozy little place with a familiar feel. I ordered fish—a hake. Without exaggeration, this is the best fish dish I have ever eaten, and I have eaten a lot of fish. I was completely blown away and didn't want the plate to end. A visit and the fish are a must!

An exceptional meal for both my partner and me. The lamb shoulder was done perfectly with great sides. My partner's cauliflower and pasta in a cream sauce was out of this world. It was all paired with an outstanding bottle of local wine. A great meal and a wonderful place.

The visit really was like visiting a small culinary paradise. We had language issues in the first step but together with the wonderful staff we managed it. Even the change of the sauce coming along with the beef was no problem. Charming service, extraordinary food and a romantic location in a small side way makes it the perfect place for enjoyment and relaxation. All dishes were superb (the chocolate Millefeuille was my highlight out of the highlights). We highly recommend it!

Google
Watch out! The menu/card on the website is NOT the current menu. Prices are up 50% compared to the website, and quite some options are removed from the menu. This was an unpleasant surprise. Apart from this misleading advertisement, the wine is fine and the food is good, so if you wanna spend a premium (compared to their website), then this place could be fine

Google
Le p’tit paradis was recommended to us by a Beaune local who said, ‘it is small and very good’. We were delighted with our superb meal and the kind and knowledgeable service. Each course was excellent and beautifully presented. Thank you for a most memorable meal in Beaune.

Yelp
Our B&B hosts had recommended this place and it was exquisite. Think elevated French comfort food. The duck with Epoisses sauce was exquisite as was the deconstructed cassoulet. And their special dessert, is out of this world Service was out of this world. It's a small, yet pleasant establishment and reservations are a must.

Yelp
Picked this place on menus and reviews. Not impressed. Ambiance, ally. Service, was average. Their smiles weren't there...ever . Had the fish pallia. Fair at best. My wife had the duck. Sauce was good, duck was dry. Bread was hard. Dessert is a terrible. Didn't ask what ice cream I wanted, which were many. Brought me a mix of sorbet and cream that didn't mix. My wife's Tiramisu was awful. There are other restaurants better in this city.

Yelp
What a great find! Although my wife and I have traveled to Beaune several times before, this is our first visit to this small restaurant. It has very little street presence but once you go inside you are treated to delicious foid and great service.

Yelp
Fantastic food, great service! One of the best restaurants on our 3 week trip through France!

Yelp
This was such a disappointment!! Most of the reviews for this restaurant contained many superlative praises. Sometimes I wonder where most people eat, when they say such things as "best meal we had in France" about a restaurant with bland, boring food. Or when they state that the portions were especially large, when in truth the portions are small. Other reviewers stated that this restaurant served very creative food. It is true that the dishes were unusual. But unusually bland and skimpy are not what I expect when I read that the offerings are creative and ample. My husband and I had the 30 euro menu. He had the tomato stuffed with avocado and cream cheese. Nothing creative about that. And it had no seasonings. Just tomato with a teaspoon of smashed avocado and a tablespoon of cream cheese. That entree was followed by what they called sauté duck with vegetables. It was a soup bowl filled with about 5 bites of cut up duck, surrounded by carrots and some sort of greens. Which he could not chew because the stems were so tough. I had the aubergine (eggplant) salad, which consisted of smashed eggplant puréed with sesame oil covered with about 8 pieces of mesclun. It was so very tasteless it reminded me of baby food. They also gave us two hard as nails stale rolls. That seems a crime in France where fresh baguettes are abundant even at the grocery store. My main, Le plat, was "pike quenelles" which tasted like an unsalted egg soufflé sitting in marinara sauce. Dessert was ice cream, which the menu lists as "your choice of 3 flavors" but there was no choice. Icy (Obviously old) strawberry sorbet, vanilla and citron. Nothing special and no choice. Store bought ice cream--3 tiny scoops. We had a better dinner the next night of a store bought rotisserie chicken, frozen vegetables and a homemade lettuce salad (for a fraction of the cost, I might add).

Yelp
This is the best restaurant on our entire trip. We are returning for our last night's dinner here as well. I had white bean salad with haddock followed by veal with mushrooms- amazing! My husband had the same salad followed by steak and cheese plate. The ash encased cheese --- phenomenal. The host-owner was very nice and it appears to be a family run business. We can't wait to return. It was 100 degrees so we ate insyde, however the patio is the more popular option. We do that next time!

Yelp
Exquisite meal start to finish! Limited menu but there's something on there for everyone! We started with the pumpkin soup with chestnut dumplings - the pumpkin purée was piping hot (not overly pumpkiny) and had 4 big chestnut dumplings inside. The cauliflower mouse was also delicious, though I might have preferred it served hot as it's like cauliflower "mashed potatoes" with delicious big pieces of Green Romanesco cauliflower served on top, peppered with fresh arugula. We had the escargot homemade tagliatelle pasta and the steak with the house cheese sauce. Both are dishes on they menu for 22 years and were incredible. The desserts were also fresh and innovative. Prices were on point for the amount and quality. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Quaint little spot on a quieter street in Beaune away from all of the touristy spots. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team who are attentive to their customers and clearly to the food. The food is traditional Burgundian cuisine at times with a slight twist. Superb!

Yelp
Exceptional meal. We had beef and fish, and everything with sauces, and accompaniments were top notch. Good wine list and reasonable prices, highly recommend.

Yelp
Oh my, don't even get me started. This is one of those places that is so small it's almost impossible to get a table with less than a few week's notice, but our hotel (Le Cep = Magnificent) was able to hook us up. I know we have pix of what we ate, and it was all amazing, but even the staff (which is probably all family) was remarkable. We will dine here every time we are in Beaune. Can't recommend this highly enough.

Yelp
Good food. Service is slllloooowww... Even by French standards. I get that meals in France are not to be rushed, but this was ridiculous. We had the earliest reservation available, ordered our wine/food as soon as we could, and had the privilege of watching 8 other tables get served before us. Perhaps they had a different experience, but 2.5 hours when you sit down and order is just way too long.

Yelp
Our best meal in Beaune, by far. All restaurants in the city offer traditional French fare, but Le P'tit Paradis has a decidedly modern perspective. Most dishes are based on traditional ingredients, but layer flavors and textures in ways that aren't seen anywhere else in Beaune. And, unlike some other restaurants in the city, the portions are substantial, and the prices are more reasonable. It's a bit hard to find, but just follow Rue Paradis and you'll run right into it. And make reservations, or you may not get a seating.

Yelp
I and my boyfriend we are so INSULTED at this restaurant in Beaune center: "Le P'tit Paradis"! I wish them close up! I paid 100€ more just to get insulted there! The food is ok, normal wine list. Here is the detail: We made an early reservation and got there on time, (1).after another couple site at the table in my back, they ask me to move my table twice and criticize me for putting my mini hand bag on my back(not even on the back of my chair), And they really could ask the other table to move but they didn't. I didn't say anything because I didn't expected what going to happen later. (2).Then when I about to pay, I waved my arms for 10mins, everyone else in the room saw me, they are within 3meters but they "didn't saw me", and at the same time they are talking to the table close to us. (3).We ask them for the bill after another 5mins when they pass our table, and they blame us directly and rudely for we didn't say "please". (4). When I pay, I ask them if they speak English, they say yes, and I explained my unpleasant, they said in English :" You are bad customer, you should go eat fast food, you are in holidays and I am not, you shouldn't come back again." And they again criticize me for putting my hand bag on the back and I didn't say "Please"! When I try to argue more, they say they don't understand me because I am not French! To sum up:Really bad experience, I have lived in France for more than 1 year I have been to most restaurants in Beaune and this is the worst experience!

Yelp
The food was excellent, traditional French fare with a modern twist. My partner's salmon carpaccio with ginger and sesame oil starter was excellent, her lamb cutlets were very generous and tasty. I had quinoa salad with scallop carpaccio and duck Maigret (breast) was also great. We had an excellent bottle of 2007 Chassagne de Montrachet.
