Le Rapp | Hôtel piscine au cœur de Colmar

We had a wonderful two night stay in August 2025. Check-in was very straightforward and the staff were very helpful. Although the hotel looks quite dated from the outside, it has clearly been extensively renovated throughout.|Room - Our room was spotlessly clean and thankfully the air-conditioning worked well. The room was quite compact but had enough room for all our large luggage. The toilet was located next to the main room door with the shower and hand basin located separately in a bathroom next to the bed. There were plenty of plug sockets, including at both sides of the bed.|Breakfast - Plenty of tables and a good selection of continental style foods (breads, cheeses, meats and cereal). Hot drinks had to be ordered with the waitresses but were brought promptly. |Spa facilities - We used the spa facilities however the swimming pool was extremely cold and the steam room did not work. As such, we didn't stay as long as we had intended. There was a relaxation area between the pool area and the sauna/steam room area with lots of relaxation beds. |Location - The hotel is approximately a five minute walk to the main centre of Colmar and all the shops and restaurants.|Parking - We parked at Le Rapp, a large underground parking garage. It had lots of parking and several lifts up to ground level, which opened up onto the main Le Rapp square with its fountains and carousel. The hotel was only a short walk from the lifts, across the road and down the lane.||All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely re-book should we visit Colmar again.

Second hotel of a Rick Steves tour. Our breakfast was included and it was very good. Good coffee, too. There is an elevator. We had a little coffee maker in room but we were given 1 regular cup and one espresso cup. That's what they do per staff. (Hint: a couple will usually both use little bitty cups or regular sized cups). Definitely get reservations at Le Stubb for the Tarte Flambee (it's a delicious super-thin crust pizza and it's pretty close to hotel).

Stayed here for 3 nights on Rick Steve’s tour ! The best 1st is the location it’s close by the touristy side of the city ! 2nd rooms at least those on the top floor are large ! No elavators or electrical outlet updates for cell phones . Beds as far as comfort goes were ok ! Breakfast buffet was just ok ! Coffee was luke warm and buffet offerings very typical !

Wonderful hotel! The staff were so helpful and so accommodating. We got upgraded to a lovely room. Nice pool and sauna! Great location, quiet road but quick walk to all the fun! Easy public parking garage not too far either. 10/10 would stay here again!

I stayed in the hotel because my son was hospitalised with a coma nearby for 1 week. All the personnel was so friendly, perfect matrass, rain- and normal shower, really good breakfast with fresh pressed orange juice, bar open untill 13.30 and a nice terrage with good seats, situated in a very small calm street very close to the big parking and the city centre, all is perfect and price is great. Thank you again for all the help and the support

Very close to everything The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was big and spacious. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but everyone has their own preferences. Breakfast was also excellent, except there were no lactose free products. In my opinion it is a little bit expensive but you get to use the wellness area included with towels, robes and slippers.

A small hotel just on the edge of the (extremely beautiful) old town in Colmar, this is the perfect place to stay (and eat) if you visit Colmar. The food here is really excellent - Michelin-star quality - and typically Alsacien, that is to say Germanic, but with a French twist and an excellent accompaniment to the local Alsace wines. The hotel is part of Logis de France, which is always a good sign, as one of the criteria for entry is the quality of the food. The restaurants in the historic centre of town are pretty hit-and-miss, but this is spot-on.
