This is a very dated motel in very, very serious need of a major refresh. Everything reeks of the 80s and is either completely run down, damaged, dirty and/or needs repairs. The room wasn’t up to our expectations at all, but the pool was ok. The overall look and feel was more like a cheap hookup motel rather than the cute and nice hotel they want you to believe it is. Definitely not worth what they’re charging. I rarely write negative reviews, if ever. Unfortunately, this has to be one of them.

Ideal to spend quality time with the family. Winter time is the best. Enjoying the hot Jacuzzi outside when it's snowing... it's wonderful! The room was nice, we had a fireplace and wood for it. The people were very nice and respectful. When you have kids, the suits rooms are perfect.

We stayed in a suite 2nights - it was very clean and cozy. |All the dishtowels and bathroom towels were super white and felt brand new. |We had robes very clean to use at our leisure....A very friendly service from all the staff welcoming and helpful when we asked for little extras, they were very accommodating. As for the decor ....the rooms could use a tiny update - paint refresh - new blind / curtains maybe some new furniture: I'm a designer therefore I can understand the designing point of view. They can reach out should they like a very competitive service in upgrading the rooms / suites etc....thank you in advance for the referral to the Manager - I'm self employed and live very close to the hotel in|St-Sauveur....Merci beaucoup pour un très beau séjour! A bientöt!

This hotel provides excellent service. It has an outdoor pool and spa open until 11:00 PM. The front desk staff is very friendly. The room is spacious and the location is close to the city center. I will definitely come back again. Many thanks !

First off, the good. The hotel is ideally situated. Only a short drive to the ski hills. Restaurants, stores and groceries are walkable. Good thing they had a heated pool because we tried the hot tub and it was a lovely shade of brownish-green. My young children would not go in! The room was spacious and the linens were clean. The internet worked well and many of tv channels to choose from. The fridge, sink, microwave and toaster oven came in very handy. |The bad.|The room smelt like dirty linen, must, old man's aftershave upon arrival. My youngest wanted to go home immediately. I opened the window for a few hours. There was a murphy bed without a secure closure or lock and probably why a couch was pushed up against it. I moved the couch to find a treasure trove of garbage and food, and then pulled down the bed where I left it for our entire stay (for safety reasons). The toilet paper holder was broken, seemed to have been ripped off the wall due to use. |Would I go back, yes! Would I call and ask that I did not get room 2**, yes!! I would fully accept that the hot tub may be discoloured - it was March break after all. And the complaints about children running and playing catch in the hall, very true! No elevators, so plan accordingly. Finally, every day I had to visit the front desk to get my key reprogrammed. That was super annoying.

My room 103 is one of the worst rooms! It’s a Linked room w/ 104!||Not cleaned well. Some pieces of papers on the floor.|The tea table still had wet water and tasks.|The windows net (mosquitoes) broken. Not fitting in tracks.||Asked for early checking. And waited! Waited! waited! … until 4pm!||She said “My room” was not ready!|NO! There is NO any “my room” in particular!||They already assumed to assign the Worst room to us!||Since many, many other Guests came and checked-in on Ground floor.||She said staffs clean 2nd floor first.|NO! In waiting time, I was walking around and many rooms on ground floor were cleaned.||She said the Spa Tub has jetted message.|NO! There was not!||Asked for the Towels for Pool. |There was not.||The evening shift Receptionist said we can use the Towels from our room, then when available they will bring others Towels to our room. But never Happened!||There is NO kettle!

A bit dated but part of the charm. Outside heated pool is correct but large hot tub is great in the winter. Would be great to have outside 110 V standard electric plugs to charge EVs if one brought extension cords.

I really enjoy the place that's why I go back but this year the bed was terrible!! I had a massage done Saturday at the hotel and had to book more the fallowing week because of there bed. The water in the hot tub was green could not see my feet. Becide that the service was great. It be nice if they would serve breakfast again in the morning.

Yelp
My fav weekend escape ! Awesome friendly staff and even nicer guests. They're still trying to fix the spa part of the hotel but Hr he hot tub is hot so that's good for us.

Yelp
I stayed here a number of times but they don't clean their fireplaces properly. Many times there's lots of ashes in them, they smell. If you burn a log the ashes will emit toxic fumes and carbon monoxide. Last time I stayed I developed a bad cough because of the fumes. It's hazardous to guests health. They don't seem to care. As long as they get your money. Also rusty old heaters in bathrooms, Windows that are sealed shut or no screens on windows, Stained chairs. I think this place was sold to new owners some time ago and it's poorly managed.

Yelp
100% the most kind staff ever! Rooms are nice, bed was comfortable and the garden with the pool, hot tub and sauna were perfect. The town is beautiful and romantic, plus the paths are beautiful. I will be back!
