Le Relais St-Denis

The rooms need a few minor repairs, the beds were nice and comfortable, the fireplace with real was great. The time we were there it was quite and we heard zero outside noise in the room. The staff were friendly and the check in process was easy. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all nice and my family enjoyed our stay.

Renovated room is spacious and comfortable. Bed is nice and not too soft and even the sofa bed had a nice firm foam. |The ventilation was loud, but was good as background sound to hide the noise in hallway. Bathroom spacious and functional. Hot spa was packed as heated pool not warm enough in January.

Loved it, good service, outside have sauna, 2 heated pools, rooms are cleaned, only thing you heat the room with fire place which you have 1 log free then you have to buy more for 5$ more. The log last about 1hrs30 but after you fall asleep you are ok lol. The view from my room i could see the St Sauveur's ski slopes which was beautiful at night to see. Will definitely go back and recommend it.

We have stayed at this hotel for a ski trip the last five years. The location is excellent and right across from a supermarket and a few minutes walk to the downtown shops. The heated pool, hot tub and dry sauna are open late, and robes are included. The rooms are designed for skiers and have recently been renovated, switching to a bit more modern look that is a bit less charming than the aged wooden panelling, but the same layout. A great value and suitable place for families with ample parking.

This the best hotel in terms of value for money. Very close to the slopes, the spa experience in winter is amazing + a hot tub and fireplace in the room. And the staff are very friendly. It's our second winter stay here and we'll come back for sure!

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. There is no elevator to speak of. Climbing a flight of stairs with suitcases in hand was no easy feat! However, the room was cozy with a very nice modern bathroom (which looked a little out of place.) Each room has a mini fridge, mini microwave, a Keurig and a small safe. There is a nice size fireplace at one’s disposal. Internet service is sporadic. The best part of this hotel is its location. You are literally 2 minutes walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shopping areas - all conveniently located!

We recently visited St-Sauveur to enjoy the beauty of the Laurentians and the many hiking trails the region has to offer. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and it was great to have a room with a kitchenette. Outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna were great to have access to. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property is located in a quiet area. Location is very walkable to many fine restaurants and shops located on the Rue Principale.

Cozy place to stay throughout the year weather for skiing or summer festivals. New sauna and spacious outdoor pool help relax, refresh, restart. Convenient location close to the ski piste, supermarket and restaurants.

My fav weekend escape ! Awesome friendly staff and even nicer guests. They're still trying to fix the spa part of the hotel but Hr he hot tub is hot so that's good for us.

I stayed here a number of times but they don't clean their fireplaces properly. Many times there's lots of ashes in them, they smell. If you burn a log the ashes will emit toxic fumes and carbon monoxide. Last time I stayed I developed a bad cough because of the fumes. It's hazardous to guests health. They don't seem to care. As long as they get your money. Also rusty old heaters in bathrooms, Windows that are sealed shut or no screens on windows, Stained chairs. I think this place was sold to new owners some time ago and it's poorly managed.

100% the most kind staff ever! Rooms are nice, bed was comfortable and the garden with the pool, hot tub and sauna were perfect. The town is beautiful and romantic, plus the paths are beautiful. I will be back!
