Le Riviera Collection, BW Signature Collection by Best Western

We stayed at this hotel the week of New Year's. The staff are fantastic people, especially Beatrice and Davide, and the young man with the dark-rimmed glasses who works the night shift. He listens attentively, knows Nice well, and they all give great advice on local spots. The lobby and design are nicely appointed. There is always a snack in the lobby, where you hang out and talk. It feels like someone's living room. The rooms are pretty, but very small (good for one, but two, is stretching it in maybe 15m of space). We had a balcony, which is super enjoyable in the Summer, not so useful in Winter months. Room 215 met our needs.its walking distance to everything you need. Cali sandwich spot is cadi corner, a good inter marche supermarket is close, and a great Sicilian spot, Il Carretto, will make your stay.

My stay at the Le Riviera Collection, BW Signature Collection was truly outstanding, and I would love to share my experience.The hotel immediately impresses with its tasteful design: modern, bright, and elegant, yet still warm and inviting. The atmosphere is relaxed, creating a sense of comfort and welcome from the very first moment. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay, from a very comfortable bed to thoughtful little details that made me feel at home. The location is also excellent: quiet, yet just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the city center, and many of Nice’s main attractions.One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast experience. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from French pastries and fresh fruit to savory dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. What truly sets it apart, however, is the wonderful breakfast team. A very special mention goes to Claudia, Noreen, David and Emma, who greeted us every morning with a smile, genuine kindness, and remarkable attentiveness. The entire breakfast staff were equally warm, helpful, and professional, you could feel their passion for making guests feel welcome and cared for. They help you to discover attractions near by, just ask. The reception and service team were also excellent, always friendly, responsive, and eager to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Nice. Their attention and dedication really enhanced my stay.In summary: the Le Riviera Collection is not only a beautiful hotel, but also a place that shines because of the people working there. I felt welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout my stay. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Nice.A highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a stylish hotel with excellent service and a breakfast team that makes every day start with a smile.

The room was nice with a small balcony and cleaned by staff extremely well when requested. The location was even better being just a short 8 minute walk to the train station that can be used to visit other coastal towns. The front desk staff were EXCEPTIONAL and so helpful (especially the extremely tall and skinny gentleman) at any time. They make this hotel a highly recommend from me.

Stayed here for a few days. The location is fantastic, close to both the beach and the town center, so getting around was super easy. The rooms are on the smaller side, which might matter if you like more space. Breakfast is included each morning. The eggs seemed a bit off to me, but everything else was tasty. Overall, a great spot if you want convenience and easy access to everything.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great walking distance. The rooms are cute and were the perfect size for our stay. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff are super friendly / accommodating. Claudia, Noreen, David, & Emma did an amazing job!!

A bit too minimalist for a 4 * hotel. Walls are suuuuuper thin — could her my neighbor shower and use the toilet. Could her the housekeeping personnel in the morning. Old building trying to over optimize the space with paper walls… rooms are too small for the price

We just had an amazing stay here for 3 nights. Claudia, Noreen, David and Emma were the most accommodating and friendliest of staff we have ever experienced in a hotel. Going above and beyond making sure we had the most amazing stay. Breakfast was amazing and rooms were beautifully presented. Well done 👏

The rooms are pretty small and it’s a bit run down. It’s a great location but the pictures make it seem more modern than it is. The bathroom had no knob on the inside which meant we could never actually close the door. Once I called to ask for a towel and the concierge said I had to go down to get it myself. So service wise it’s not the best either. But then the next day the reception was really nice and efficient so it’s a coin toss on service
