Le Robinet d'Or(Hôtel Restaurant quartier Gare du Nord Gare de l'Est, canal Saint-Martin)

Beautiful boutique hotel located in the 10th arrondissement. Chose it even though there was no elevator. Staff helpfully put luggage in rooms. Stairs were long to walk up to second floor rooms but we knew that. Room could have used one more central light but otherwise everything was perfect. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner one night and food was good although waiter was not the best. Would definitely return if that area was on the schedule. Staff were exceptionally helpful and rooms were very clean and well-stocked.

Wonderful hotel with a restaurant, right next to the Canal! Owners were super nice and helpful, carrying our bags up the stairs, lending me a knife for a picnic, and more! The breakfast is beautiful and was included when I booked my room on their site. I asked if they had gluten free bread and the manager ran out to the store to get me some! A lovely establishment

Our stay was for a longer weekend and only two nights. The room was spacious and clean with everything necessary we could need. The location wasn’t right in the center and it was a bit pricey for the night but very comfortable. We only had breakfast once and it was fresh with good selection of dishes. Overall it was a really nice stay and the staff were very kind.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord stations and Metro connections to the main sights. We chose to be near the stations for access to and from the Eurostar rather than being right on the doorstep of the main sights and it worked well for us and we enjoyed experiencing a different area of the city near the Canal which we may not have otherwise discovered. The receptionist upgraded our room booking to a spacious suite free of charge which was a lovely surprise for our wedding anniversary. We were also invited for a complimentary drink in the bar. We loved the traditional Parisian feel of the hotel but with modern amenities. After a lot of deliberation in choosing a hotel for our break, I’m so pleased we chose this one. Our booking didn’t include breakfast but we could turn up on the morning without booking and were accommodated with no problem. There is a cheaper light breakfast for €7.50 or the full buffet for €15 per person.

Conveniently located, quaint hotel. Close to Gare Du Nord, and the Seine is an easy stroll away. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Also has a downstairs restaurant - you can also simply have a drink there.

We loved staying here. Great location. Rooms at the courtyard side are quiet. Airco works great and its quiet. Great service, nice breakfast buffet. They offered different cheeses each day. The only improvement I would suggest is placing a second chair in the room.( even though the room is small, as is typical in Paris hotels) Other than this, everything was perfect.

Excellent short stay hotel. Easy walk to the big train stations, loads of options nearby for food and chilling. Immaculate service from friendly staff, and a great value breakfast. Comfy beds, and a quiet neighbourhood.

The hotel is at a good and safe location, with two major train stations and many food options nearby. The family suite was modern, spacious, and well equipped, and the sofa-bed was very comfortable as well. While the material aspects of the hotel were already excellent, it was the service that was truly exceptional. The staff were always very friendly, and helped us move our luggage up the stairs when checking in to the room. In particular I would like to commend Sofya of the reception staff. When I had to visit the hospital urgently, she helped to call a taxi, and even offered to translate for us over the phone if needed. She really went above and beyond her duties. This may be a 3 star hotel, but it offers an unparalleled 5 star experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent stay in Paris.
