First I booked suite for 2 adults and 2 kids , suddenly I received email from the hotel that the room without extra bed and I have to pay 11 KD for the Extra bed . Mean the hotel cannot accommodate 4 guests as I made the reservation?! The threaten message told me that only one king bed in the room , anyway I arrived to the check in , after I finished the procedure , I told that I want to go restaurant, the hotel denied giving me the key , she said after you came from restaurant!!! Hhhhh , really silly and weird behaviour, the room have very nice view to the sea and Kuwait tower but , the amenities all defected , under the beed a lot of filthy, the sink overflow, I decide to make photo documerty for this rubbish level , there is no breakfast buffet as they wrote, it is trap , only room meal breakfast !!! . Therefore never come again here . Sorry

We stayed at the Corniche Hotel for 5 nights. First night on the 10th floor but with a City view, next morning we asked if we could have a room with a sea view, we were upgraded to a room on the 11th floor at no charge!!!!. The hotel staff are very professional but are also friendly. I completely disagree with some reviews about threadbare towels. Our towels were changed every day and cleaning of the room was to a very high standard. Pool area was kept as clean as it possibly can be, remember it's a sandy city and no one can prepare for a sandstorm which will inevitably cause the pool to look a little cloudy and cover the surrounding area with sand, I would have no hesitation in staying here again the next time I am in Kuwait to visit family.

They treat you like a valued guest at all times. The breakfast buffet was very wide range and high quality. Always kept the room clean and the laundry did a great job on my clothes. Room service was prompt... the Um Ali was amazing!

Poor service the staff is incompetent. ||I stayed in the hotel for a long period trying to give them a chance to approve but no way they could. The booked me in a smoking floor without asking me if I smoke. Once I realized it’s a smoking floor I was sick and in bed for 2 days having a flu and bad asthma attacks. Once the receptionist stepped in to the room he was laughing saying we will fix it. It was like someone was sitting on my bed and smoking that’s how bad the smell was from the other rooms. ||I made a complain about the tv and they told me we will fix it out engineers are working on it. It felt like I was watching tv from the 80s. No channels to choos from plus the size of the tv was a joke for a room this size. I would definitely recommend the hotel to change the stars from 4 to 2.

First time I come in Kuwait and hotel staff are respectful. They response immediately regarding of our concern. Room is always clean. They change everyday the cover sheet. Their is 1 staff always coming on the room to give us a bottle water which is very nice.

We stayed approximately 10 days and it was a business trip. ||Rooms: we had big rooms and the view was very nice. The pillows are hard, the a/c makes noise 24/7, some of the curtains can't close properly so whether you like it or not you will wake up at 5am! ||The internet is awful! We complained to the manager but we never heard back and of course the problem wasn't solved. ||In order though to be able to charge your mobile, you need to leave one light on! And not the one in the bathroom, but the one next to your bed, otherwise the electricity goes off in the room! So more light during sleeping hours!||Almost every night there was a massive noise outside the room from ppl carrying trailers and other stuff! ||Cleanliness of the room was very good.||Breakfast: I tried it only 2 times and then I decided it was a waste of time. It is a miserable place for having breakfast, and whatever I tried was not tasty. That part was a big failure!||Swimming pool is tiny! Gym....below average! ||No option for having dinner or lunch! ||One night I asked for matches or a lighter from the reception. They gave me a lighter (a cheap one) and then they told me not to forget to give it back! Seriously? Instead of having 10 boxes of matches to accommodate your clients....!! And of course I returned the lighter the next day as I intended to do!

It is a boutique hotel on the Gulf road with quite a few successful food and other outlets that attract a lot of clientel to the hotel. It has a men's hairdresser and a small fragrance kiosk in the lobby. Friendly staff and well appointed rooms that make the hotel highly regarded

I liked how the breakfast was cozy and how the workers are welcoming and helpful there. The room was rather small, but still well equipped. However, I didn't like the receptionists attitude at some points.|But the overall stay was cozy and comfortable. There are some shops near the hotel and a salon.
