I had a truly excellent experience at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi and I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service in the Club Lounge. Raef and Saad are absolutely exceptional. They go far beyond standard hospitality - they genuinely build relationships with guests, remember preferences, and make you feel valued and welcomed every single time. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail set a very high standard, and they consistently ensure that hospitality is delivered at the highest level. It’s rare to see such authentic care and dedication, and they truly make the Club Lounge experience special. Beyond the Club Lounge, the entire hotel staff deserves recognition. Everyone is incredibly helpful, professional, and always smiling, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the hotel. The service feels sincere and effortless, which makes a real difference. Overall, Le Royal Méridien delivers an outstanding guest experience, driven by an amazing team who clearly take pride in what they do. Highly recommended.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the reception staff, especially Mr. Kosala M. His professionality, kindness and assistance during the stay has definitely made our trip unforgettable! Thank you! Also Ms. Sharmila made our check in very smooth and pleasant! The brekafast choice is amazing - definitely you will find everything you need - from hot dishes from each region to sweets, fruits options, pastries and many many others. The hotel is easily accessible by bus. I do highly recommend the stay and thanks to the welcoming stuff (again, many thanks to Mr. Kosala M.) i I’ll definetely choose this hotel for the stay!

The food here is truly amazing and full of flavor from the very first bite. 🍽️✨ Every dish is prepared with great care, using fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning. Portions are generous, presentation is beautiful, and the aroma alone makes you excited to eat. 😋🔥 Whether you’re trying snacks or a full meal, the quality stays consistent throughout. It’s the kind of food that leaves you happy, satisfied, and already planning your next visit.

This is one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi. Not far from everywhere. We enjoyed our time at the hotel thanks to GM HENZ, Front Desk Mangers Khaled and Waleed, Lounge Raef, Saad and Ashmita, Restaurant Mercy, Mahboob, Ray F and all the staff, Security, Valet and doormen all fantastic people including gym and pool area staff we love these people.

As Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member I have come to expect great customer service and honesty from management. I booked my room on points expecting that because I would arrive at 1am it would count for the entire 24 hours. However when I arrived I was informed that I couldn't check in until noon and if I wanted to check in I would have to pay $300 usd. After much back and forth. I ended up paying for the room which was an inconvenience but understandable. I explained to management that due to the situation I felt like I had no choice but to pay for the day. The next morning I spoke with Waleed the general manager and explained the situation and informed him that my room had dated furniture and it was not the quality expected for this type of property and there was a very bad water leak in the hall. I showed him pics of the damaged chairs in the room and my situation with the stay. As a way to show appreciation Waleed promised to add a complimentary 10k points to my account for the inconvenience. This was really appreciated and it made me feel like I was a valued member. However it has been a month and no points have been added to my account. The one thing that makes great customer service is honesty. Waleed lied to me or simply forgot to add the points. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had because I expected him to keep his word. I tried to follow up with him via phone and email aa a reminder of our agreement. As of today I have yet to see points promised or a response to my email. I loved my visit to Abu Dhabi and would love to go back. If you value truth and quality rooms do NOT stay here. I'm truly disappointed because I expect that Marriott managers are the best in the business.

Exceptional hotel. Reception. Room service. Breakfast and staff in the restaurant. It is-indeed 5 stars hotel. The only comment. Tv is big and smart. But is locked. How come in 2026 you as a hotel get such expensive tv. And prevent the guest to use is as smart to sign in to his apps. It is blocked. I had to buy tv stick. This is really unacceptable
