Hotel looks like for 2 star simply room. Bath room has no curtain for the shower therefore water splashes all over the room when you use shower - terrifically at all !!! Breakfast scarce : omelet/bread/margarine(bad smelling)/cheese/yogurt/corn flakes/milk/tea bad taste/coffee slops / fruits... When I came 7:45 - no omelet already but breakfast from 7 to 10a.m. Lazy waiter received complaints and act so slowly and did request for omelet like I ask him to give me 10000$.... Same scarce lunch/dinner....Menu contains 4 dishes at all + drinks like coca cola...So if you need to have some nice food - better go outside and find something else... No internet in the room...I began complaining and hotel staff rectified then.... Swimming pool dirty - nobody care about cleanless of water(plenty garbage floating inside) so nobody try to use swimming pool of course.... It looks like no one from hotel management takes care about services at all.... So final recommendation - stay overnight only!!! I can not recommend to stay in hotel for vacation/holiday!!!

Whilst location of hotel was good, the rooms are very basic and a bit shubby.
Breakfast was terrible, basically nothing to eat, had to go out for some food. Lunch and dinner you can pick up from the menu and it was ok. The elevator is super slow, but good to have two as the building has 10 floors. Overall this hotel will do if you just need to stay a night and don't mind basic and cheap interior and skipping breakfast is not a big deal for you.

Stayed for one night in this hotel on 15 January 2024 being trapped in the dirty city of port louis due to the cyclone. Room was tiny as if in a prison cell with a 14 inch dumb TV. No amenities. The price is OK so, one cannot complain too much. However I was literally scammed for the so called buffet dinner. The buffet consisted only of two dishes namely salad/rice and chicken curry. Nothing else. No dessert. While I had one small portion of rice, I decided to got another portion. The waitress voiced out rudely that I needed to pay Rs 1000 again to get the second portion. There were many tourists from Reunion island in the hotel due to flight cancelations, they were protesting the following day and police were called by the manager. A really bad experience. When I checked out, I needed to pay for the scam dinner plus a bottle of water costing Rs 125. The card machine of the hotel was not functioning properly. Scam plus bad experience. A real nightmare in addition to the cyclone and the flooding.

The breakfast is nothing to write about. Very minimalistic - did not change for the whole of our stay (7 days)!||||Good location. Clean and confortable beds. The WC was small and there was a distinctive smell of sewage in the shower. It wasn't unbearable, but ever present. Clearly, this hotel has done a lot of mileage and will need a significant revamp in the near future.||||Friendly staff. Free wifi. No coffee in the room. There was a mini fridge in the room (empty - you have to stock it yourself). Quiet (at least in the upper floors), except for the mosque calls at 05:30 am. The pool was being renovated.||||Stay here if you want to spend the night with minimal comfort and relatively low cost.

It's at a good quiet location, walking distance to the Waterfront, Central market and anywhere else. The rooms are basic but comfortable if you're in town for business or up and about. They could improve on the meals, particularly breakfast, what with all the local food options and fruits available. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

The hotel check-in was fast and the staff is helpful and friendly. The price level is ok. It’s a simple hotel with a pool and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant food is good and tasty. It’s a short walk to the harbour area where you can also do some dining and shopping, although they are closing there quite early.

Nice hotel in the city centre. Walking distance to all the business in Port Louis. Do not expect luxury treatments or sandy shore.. you are not paying for it!
Clean spacy rooms with free WiFi. If facing the road they can be noisy, ask for rooms on the back (no sight either).
the breakfast is simple but good.

Very good business hotel. Well appointed newly renovated rooms on some floors.Clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities. Pleasant courteous staff. Could do with self-service coffee in rooms.
