I only ate hear once, but if I'm ever back in phnom penh it will be many times. I had the cassoulet and it was beautiful. The second best meal I've had in South East Asia, only beaten by a chef who's worked at many michelin star places.
But back to the cassoulet, it was rich and peppery, and soul nourishing. Confit duck leg tolousse style sausage, tender chunks of pork with enough fat left on to please me. Buttery beans that melted in the mouth. And some gorgeous rustic wholemeal bread, lovely chewy crust and soft innards. If I'd add anything it be a slab of salted quality butter.
I only sprang for a glass of malbec, but it was a pleasant wine.
Go here, it's better than the local food, and not expensive for what you receive.
