"Le Saint Hubert, a restaurant opened by Lise Kvan and Eric Monteleon, who had previously worked at Michelin-starred restaurants including Astrance and Le Carré des Feuillants in Paris."

"Owners Lise Kvan and Éric Monteleon bought the 19th-century building and opened their restaurant in 2019. When Laila and I had visited in July, the menu was heavy on tomatoes and Cavaillon melons; this time, in October, at a table à deux on a terrace overlooking the Luberon, we found a profusion of mushrooms and canard, noting gratefully that Banon, a goat's cheese wrapped in chestnut leaves, remained in season."

A lovely September Sunday lunch with a great view. The food is delicious, we tried the Marcedoine de bulot and the Banon cheese for starters. For mains we vent with gnocchi, chicken (with crispy homemade fries) and tomato salad - all very tasty and well-prepared. Very nice atmosphere and good service. Reservations recommended. Remember to ask for table at the terrace to enjoy the full view. To stay out of the sun, the first row inside the restaurant also offers a good view.

Highly recommend you make reservations requesting the balcony, as there are only 5-6 tables on it. Even if you are not able to sit on the balcony, the restaurant opens its large doors and it’s landscaped view can be enjoyed by all from within the restaurant. Making a general comment, everything is local and fresh here. My wife and I enjoy gin and we started our meal with gin cocktails. The gin cocktails were crisp and flavorful and balanced. For a starter, my wife had the Beetroot Gazpacho with Feta and I had the Beef Tartare with Radishes. I love beets and the gazpacho was perfect for a warm evening. The beef tartare was the best I’ve had, though for reference, I’ve only had it in the United States. Nice consistency and flavorful throughout. My wife ordered Veal and Polenta. I had a taste of her meal and it was delicious. Light, but flavorful gravy on top of the veal. Polenta was done perfectly. I had a piece of Trout with pickled cucumbers and seasoned rice. My trout was cooked perfectly and was quite fresh. I’m also a fan of pickled vegetables. A good portion as well. My dessert was an Apricot Parfait and my wife, a Peach Tart with Crème. Pricing was quite nice for the quantity and, more importantly, the quality of the food served. Service was excellent. They were attentive from beginning to end. We weren’t looked down upon for not speaking French, though we did try our best. Pro Tip: you may want to bring mosquito repellant, if you are on the balcony. (thankfully, the waiter offered me some, so I could enjoy my meal in peace).

Really enjoyable food well prepared. Convivial and cosy atmosphere. The starter of roasted ricotta, watermelon, tomato, melon and tomato molasses was superb as was the main dish of local pork loin prepared sous-vide before roasting. Diverse wine list, friendly and attentive staff. Will be back ..

My partner and I had one of the best meals ever at this beautiful restaurant. The wine recommendation was superb. The owners' appreciation not only for the food but for those who grow it and/or produce it, their attention to all the details of the restaurant and their care for their staff make it a place not only to delight one's palate but also one's soul.

Visiting from NYC for our annual Luberon trip. This was our second time visiting Le Saint Hubert, and this time we went for lunch. It was even better than the first time. We loved sitting close to the outdoor terrace and enjoying the lovely view. My wife had the tuna appetizer as her main course, and I had the traditional cod aioli. When paired with a nice light red and rosé wine, the experience was certainly something special. Would highly recommend.

We were lucky to be seated out on the terrace, the views of the countryside are lovely. The staff were excellent, and where I wasn’t sure of a French word on the menu, they were more than happy to translate. The dishes were superb, not overly fussy and very flavoursome. The wine choices (and recommendations from the staff of wine pairings) made our dinner at Le Saint Hubert very special. Highly recommended!

We spent 10 days in Provence, went out for dinner every evening and this was the best place we found. Great food, really taking care of all the details, the most welcoming waiter you can imagine. We were sitting in the front to the street which we knew beforehand and even there the atmosphere was nice. In the back they also have a nice Terrasse with an amazing view.

Yelp
Favorite restaurant in France! My parents and I went here for dinner tonight and weren't disappointed! It's a very reasonably priced 3 course meal where there are two or three options per course. The whole meal was rich in flavor but always light at the same time. I got the mushroom soup to start, the dover sole to follow, and the caramel flan for dessert. It was all equally delicious! Amazing service- never felt rushed and extremely friendly!
