Our stay was absolutely incredible — truly a 20 out of 10! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was hearty with a great variety of options to start the day right. Most importantly, the staff were amazing — friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

We loved staying at this elegant and welcoming hotel and really enjoyed being able to walk into town for dinner and to experience the wonderful Wednesday market. The staff here is warm and helpful, the breakfast (included) was delicious and served in a lovely room. The town is very special and this hotel is a wonderful place to stay to experience the area. We found our room a bit small for the two of us with all of our stuff so would book a higher category larger room next time - but we slept well and enjoyed our stay very much.

There couldn't be a better location for a stay in St. Remy or as a jumping off point to explore Provence and the Camargue. The hotel is at once beautifully appointed and comfortable, elegant and homey. Hands down the best staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at. To a one, they were professional and warm, never missed an opportunity to say bonjour or to ask how they could help. They were very knowledgeable about the area; we ended up ditching the guidebooks and following their advice. As easy as it was to hop in our car (not a small advantage), the serenity of the pool and its view pulled us back into the hotel many afternoons. The restaurant was excellent -- creative menus well-executed. Don't miss a chance to stay here.

Perfect central location with chargeable parking, hotel facility’s quite small so the bar area was lacking in atmosphere and the restaurant more akin to breakfast.||The terrace out the back was really nice but off season was cold so you could only sit in a brightly light side room next to the bar, two double GnT costing £79 euro was a disappointment as was the roof bar being closed all the time. |We had to go out to eat as the restaurant was so expensive and also in the hope of some atmosphere in local restaurants, but we’re disappointed in the quality of restaurants in the main and the lack of mature bars a disappointment, the one next to the hotel was rowdy and young and the only other was an Irish bar. Yes there are lots of little bistros but non that encouraged you to have a drink and all with uncomfortable seats so not a place to relax in.||I guess in peak summer the roof bar and terrace would have been ok but still incredibly expensive to drink in.||Our room 205 was nice with comfortable bed and decent bathroom but the usual trials with only two coffee pods and then no replacement milk is a common thing in 5 star it seems. |The outside pool is very nice with comfortable beds but the inside one is tiny and way below ground so not very pleasant to hang out in.||Staff were in general friendly and helpful, not sure I would stay again as the price did not reflect the amenities even with the hotel half empty due to the season.

Positive things: The hotel is lovely. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, beds, linens and products are nice. Negative things: The concierge is unorganized. They organize tours but don’t consider round trip transportation. They get flustered with this. They say there are no Ubers, but there are plenty. One of our experiences was downright perplexing, with the concierge appearing exasperated with us when a car she ordered did not show up on time making us late for a tour. It was the hotel driver that fixed the problem, taking the matter into his own hands and driving us, which we greatly appreciated. There are no water stations or coffee stations in the hotel. For the price, I expect this simple service. The coffee machines in the room are knock-off Nespresso machines and they don’t work well, or intuitively. The pool area is small but nice. We had to track down a waiter to get drinks. They run out of towels at the pool and in the restroom. Over-all, it was a nice experience. I would just expect a bit more professionalism with the price point.

Sadly this is not a 5 start hotel. It’s beautiful, and a fantastic location but the service and the facilities left us feeling very disappointed. There is also a terrible smell of damp in the spa, games room and gym which are also all very poor quality. Some hotels make you feel welcome and have a wonderful atmosphere this one does not. Sadly won’t be returning although the town itself is wonderful!!!

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant at Hotel Le Saint-Rémy in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, France. We had breakfast here as visitor, and it was a real highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of options — colorful croissants with different fillings, fresh pastries, good bread, a nice selection of fruits and other treats, along with a solid choice of drinks. Everything was fresh and well presented. The setting is particularly charming: the restaurant is located in a beautiful historic building with an inner courtyard that’s both elegant and refreshing — full of shade, which makes it especially pleasant during the summer months. The hotel is conveniently located right at the edge of the old town, and another great plus is the on-site parking with electric car charging available (on upfront request). The staff were welcoming and helpful, adding to the overall great impression. Highly recommended for a relaxed and quality breakfast in a beautiful location.
