Positive things: The hotel is lovely. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, beds, linens and products are nice.
Negative things: The concierge is unorganized. They organize tours but don’t consider round trip transportation. They get flustered with this. They say there are no Ubers, but there are plenty. One of our experiences was downright perplexing, with the concierge appearing exasperated with us when a car she ordered did not show up on time making us late for a tour. It was the hotel driver that fixed the problem, taking the matter into his own hands and driving us, which we greatly appreciated.
There are no water stations or coffee stations in the hotel. For the price, I expect this simple service. The coffee machines in the room are knock-off Nespresso machines and they don’t work well, or intuitively.
The pool area is small but nice. We had to track down a waiter to get drinks. They run out of towels at the pool and in the restroom.
Over-all, it was a nice experience. I would just expect a bit more professionalism with the price point.
