Super spot, excellent fish dishes. We arrived without reservations on a Thurs Eve and were accommodated at a small table. Delighted they could squeeze us in as the food was incredible- fresh, tasty, perfect portions and a great wine list to boot

Very unpretentious place. Friendly welcoming service, reasonable prices. Food was excellent. Had the pork belly taco starter and the special of the day which was a grilled duck breast on vegetables. Was a very interesting fusion of flavours. It worked very well. I was very impressed and will go back again. Very good value.

Lovely interior. Very cozy. Probably family run by Mexican gentleman who absolutely knows how to host guests! Stopped twice for some wine and dessert. As was on my own the owner poured himself a sip of wine and raised the toast with me. Such a warm touch. Greatly appreciated. Smiley stuff members. Did not try the food but must say it all dishes served looked divine and the food was smelling very tempting. My poached pear wasn't overly sweet which was the way I like. Definitely will be back when next time in Paris.

well here is a restaurant that signifies human creativity , and desire to fit in ,French mixture with Mexican depleting is exceptionally beautiful ,I got the sense that real thought has gone through preparing these foods ,I think the challenge lies in the fact that both culture French and Mexican have a vast culinary expression so where do you start? overall I like the idea a lot ,do people who are running it they're very kind and good people ,I got a sense of a family business,I ordered thethe appetizer shrimp with the sauce and beef flank ,it was presented very beautifully,I will definitely go back again to try more ,and so should you !

Extremely nice experience for a very reasonable price. This is basically a French restaurant with a Mexican chef. So the dishes are not your typical "Mexican Mexican" stuff (such as enchiladas etc) but rather original creations of French cuisine with a nice Mexican touch (particularly in the choice of the ingredients). The dishes are delicious, very elaborated and exquisitely presented. Furthermore, the portions are very generous, which is unusual for this kind of gourmet dish. Cocktails are also available, perfectly adequate (but nothing to write home about), come in large servings and reasonably priced. The place is very charming and the personnel is efficient and nice. We will definitely dine here again. The place is rather small, so it is advisable to reserve a table in advance. Also open at lunchtime with quick and cheap formula. Highly recommend for people working in the area for their lunch break.

We had a fine 5 course meal here with wine pairings by a friend. The amuse bouche was a finely made blood sausage. The appetizer was a raw salmon dish followed by a delicious ceviche. The main dish was monkfish with vegetables and a squid ink toile and the desert a fine chocolate mousse. The food is French with a slight Mexican twist. It is a bit out of the way but worth the trip. Highly recommended.

Exceptional food, fresh, creative. Don't miss the ceviche. We took all the starters in the menu and it was perfect.

Yelp
The decor inside is simple but inviting. I had a nice cebiche as a starter, with great bread. And then the beef + fries came, and everything went to hell. Good fries, but 5 on the plate, as if potatoes cost the price of truffles. My steak (entrecôte) was so sinewy that I could not cut it, let alone chew it. My wife's piece (faux filet) had a definite funky smell and taste. The guy two tables from us sent his back, and they apologized to him that the piece has been overaged. They said that they usually age this cut for 3 weeks but this had been aged for 5. Also service was mainly MIA. I had to stand and walk up to the waitress to order an extra plate of fries. Then she never came to ask whether we wanted more wine (we did), nor did she check on how we were doing with the entrees (very badly, thank you very much). The problem is that when this place was called Le Bis it had access to meats from a fantastic butcher, Hugo Desnoyer. This is no longer the case. The meat quality has gone downhill, and for a (casual) steakhouse, that's a deal breaker. We will never be back.

Yelp
Absolutely love this restaurant. The owner and staff are delightful. We've been twice now, once for afternoon drinks and once for dinner. The beef, either in appetizer or entree, is perfectly cooked. Order a round of the top shelf sipping tequila. You'll be so glad you did. Ceviche delicious, pico de gallo fantastic. Chocolate mousse is thick and there is more of it than you could possibly hope to finish. The Baba au Rhum was not to my taste, but there was a lady across the room eating some desert with raspberries and cream and I will go back just to try it. I love the ambiance of this little place, decor and staff and the people watching are top notch. Also. Did I mention the tequila?
