Le Soleil de Huế

The miso scallops were so tender and the sauce was silky smooth, absolute best scallop dish we ever had. Lamb was also tender and easy to eat. The apple and pear pies were made on order so they were crispy and warm, the pies had just enough sweetness, fruity flavor, paired with cold ice-cream 🤤

Le Soleil de Hue is one of the restaurants in the Ancient Hue Hotel compound. We had the perfect evening for our anniversary here. A three course dinner of which all three courses were absolutely delicious, professional service and the wonderful atmosphere you’d expect from a high end restaurant. I cannot stress enough how good the food was, my words don’t do it justice. You will have to try for yourself and you won’t be disappointed. My sincerest thanks to the restaurant for making our anniversary an unforgettable evening.

The food was magical, everything was amazing from start to finish. The service is also very nice with good ambience but the address is a bit difficult to find. 10/10 would recommend to visit if you are in Huế but looking for fusion cuisine between East and West.

Excellent meal, brought me some comfort to come here alone after a breakup

The place was closed when I came there (at 16) despite the fact that they write "open 24 hours" on the Google Map. It is very disappointing experience. Staff just suggested me to walk around for 1 hour.

One of the best restaurants I've eaten at. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was sublime.
