The Korean Oxygen Facial + LED was genuinely excellent. My skin felt amazing and looked noticeably brighter and more hydrated afterward. That part alone was worth 5 stars. Unfortunately the rest of the experience fell short. The 80-minute Gua Sha massage was much too light The body polish wasn't really worth the price tag, and the infrared pod was too small, humid, and uncomfortable at 5’11”. The facialist also seemed unfamiliar working around a male client (I have a beard), and several interactions with staff felt a little forced and awkward. The front-desk greeting was nervous and unprepared, which set an anxious tone that lingered all day. I appreciate the beautiful space and the one standout facial, but I probably won’t return.

Disappointing, unclean, uncomfortable, and overpriced. We went there for a sister spa day and all three of us felt cheated. When we first arrived, they tried to give us the flimsy giveaway foot protectors that they give you at nail salons. They didn’t even provide spa slippers until I had to asked for them. Then they had the nerve to apologize and say themselves that it was unacceptable! The toilets were backed up and not flushing, spa slippers and towels were all over the place. There’s a disgusting trashcan in the steam room. The massage itself is only 50 minutes and cost the same for what you would get at a 5 star hotel. The massage therapist asked the same question as any, “are there any areas you want to focus on;” I told him neck and shoulders, and he only massaged my neck and shoulders and back while faced down —the usual practice Is to start your massage face down and end your massage face up —he cut off the second half of my massage claiming to have spent more time on my neck and shoulders. This would’ve been fine if it were an amazing massage on my neck and shoulders; however, it was underwhelming. All three of us had horrible experiences and when we told the receptionist at the front desk who checked this out, she did nothing. Suffice to say, avoid.

Danni and Mark were very attentive and listened to our requests. They made the massage so relaxing. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We would absolutely book with them again and with Le SPA de l'hotel LOTTE.

Queena my masseuse at the Lotte Spa is truly an artisan! Her massage made my stay! The rooms are amazing here, and the views! The food was great. But the massage from Queena was possibly the best massage of my life. I'll be back.

Husband booked a couples massage with Judy and Robin. They were so friendly and very attentive. The spa is beautiful! White curtains lined the walls in the hallways. It brought such an elegabt vibe to the spa. Upon arrival, we received complimentary tea and water. The mini candies offered on the tables are so good. The orange is my favorite. You should definitely come an hour earlier as you have access to their sauna or wet steam room located in the bathrooms. They hung robes for each of us in the bathrooms near the lockers where we can store our belongings. We ended up using the sauna and steam room after our massage which was nice but I'd definitely do it before next time. The bathrooms also have showers for a quick rinse down which was a nice touch.

Had an issue come up and the lovely team at Le Spa de Lotte handled it with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy - really grateful for their help in resolving this! Lovely interiors, very calming and peaceful facials. Do wish they had kept the Biologique Recherche products but their new product line Bellafontaine is nice as well.

The spa is a tranquil and beautiful quiet place. Upon arrival I was greeted with kindness, professionalism & courteousness. The reception, spa, treatment rooms & workout area are beautiful, well appointed and immaculate. I worked out and had a massage. The massage Therapist Archer was outstanding. An overall 10 out of 10 experience.

Would not recommend. We were in Seattle for 6 days. Did two different spa experiences one at this place and another at Ananya the day before we left. This was was a Camry for the price of a Rolls Royce $600 for two massages. My misuse was pretty good and my wife’s was ok, wife did not feel her misuse knew what she was doing. We both are regulars at spas for massage and wherever we visit we also add 1-2 such experiences. Overall we received a Camry for the price ofa Rolls Royce. We have bought Rolls Royce spas in Santa Fe and Turrks and Caribbean and Morroco and in Paris and received Rolls Royce. I would not recommend this place.
