Lovely large room, fat pillows, comfy bed. Nicely kept. Beautiful kitchenette and dining table. Nice desk. Wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Non-smoking floor. Very convenient location. Also pet-friendly and affordably priced. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We recently spent four nights at this hotel while visiting from the US for a holiday, and our experience was exceptional. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, creating an airy and comfortable environment. It had a fully functional kitchen, equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, and mugs. Daily room service ensured everything was always tidy, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The hotel's prime downtown location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area, with quick and easy drives to local attractions. The valet service was outstanding—our car was always ready in less than five minutes, and we could even call ahead to have it brought around. This attention to detail and efficiency made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience in the heart of the city.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2024, and highly recommend it.||We chose the hotel largely because it had cooking facilities. Our room/suite was very big with ample space for the bed, reading chair, table and chairs and plenty of room for luggage. The kitchen was great with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Good size bathroom with shower over the bath.||Staff were all helpful and polite, including in the breakfast room. ||The hotel is within a 10 minute walk (with bags) to Gare Centrale, flat all the way. You can easily walk to the old town or the underground shopping areas. ||Great stay, thank you.

Save this hotel as a must stay! I didn’t have the opportunity to use any of their available facilities (pool, terrace, gym, or the included breakfast), BUT, what I did experience was outstanding.||I’m a small town girl, so Montreal traffic and all the one way streets and not being able to turn right/left on certain streets is overwhelming… then we add construction! So in a complete panic, I call the hotel asking how the heck I get to them as I was circling the streets. Thank goodness for Karla (maybe Carla) - if you get the privilege of being welcomed by her, she’s got you! She not only gave me directions, but when she could sense I was directionally challenged, she reassured me she would stay on the phone til I got to her. The call took 25 minutes, but I made it. This alone gives this hotel 5 stars. ||The interaction with this one employee giving me directions and reassuring me she wasn’t rushed to get off the phone is what made this stay memorable. ||Okay - I got upgraded to a family suite (I booked a king room). If you’re travelling with a family, this is the perfect room. Full size kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook simple meals. They even have a “grocery list” you can give for them to stock your fridge … how cool is that??||Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. No complaints and will 100% be staying there again… especially since I now know how to get to it!

Seven years later, and we were headed to Montreal again. We had a great stay here the last time, and so decided to stay here again ||It was very much like it was last time, though in a way the hotel seemed stuck in time and looked almost exactly the same. Good or bad? Can’t say? but maybe just a little dated. ||The hotel location is great. The rooms are large. There’s a kitchen in the room. And Montreal bagels in the morning in the breakfast area. ||We had a great stay again and will try and go back again

Top Notch!!! Our suite was out of this world gorgeous! The view was stunning, all of our rooms were set up beautifully, extremely spacious, with a gorgeous kitchen and dining area. The decor was perfection. Pool was small but heated, balcony was a walk around balcony with downtown views you probably can't see at other locations. Staff were attentive and polite. Assisted with all needs, in a timely fashion. Morning breakfast was included and delicious. A variety of options that had a great dining area, but if we didn't want to eat there we were able to bring our food up to our rooms. Valet was amazing, kind and worked quick and safely when driving our vehicle. This is officially our hotel for now on when travelling to Montreal. Well done Le Square Phillip Hotel & Suite!! See you in the summer!

Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the main shopping area as well as old Montreal (the main tourist spot). The hotel and room were clean and the room was very spacious with a full kitchen. My only feedback is regarding the pillows and the sheets. The pillows were lumpy and the sheets felt rough. All in all a lovely stay.

Le Square Phillips Hotel & Suites was a home away from home during our stay in Montréal last autumn. The hotel is easily accessible from Montréal-Trudeau Airport via Bus 747 and within 8 minute walking distance to the Montréal Central Station where we planned to take Via Rail to Quebec City. I appreciated well-stocked the kitchenette for days when we preferred to try local produce at the farmers market. The rooftop heated pool and outdoor terrace offered lovely views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and warm. Morning breakfast was continental, tasty and welcome each day.
