I love the raised open air dance floor! The drinks are great, staff is attentive! Just watch out for the slippery stairs if it rains! Love the line ups, lighting, and sound system too!

Le Sucre is more than a bar – it’s a rooftop venue, event space, and cultural hub all rolled into one. Located on top of La Sucrière in the Confluence district, it offers stunning views over Lyon and the Saône River. We went on a Friday evening for a DJ set and drinks, and the atmosphere was electric. The music was great, the crowd stylish but relaxed, and the cocktails creative and affordable (€10–€13). There’s a strong focus on electronic music and visual arts, so check the calendar – there’s always something different happening. The design is sleek and modern, with open-air space and indoor options depending on weather. It felt like a slice of Berlin in Lyon, but with better wine. Perfect for a summer night out or a sunset drink with friends. One of the coolest nightlife experiences we had in the city.

Great club with great staff. At all times i felt safe and knowing who to reach in case of an uncomfortable moment. As a woman, I really recommend this club. Music is great and the space is cool.

Music good, but the staff at the entrance were appallingly rude, and to their defence… not very bright. Welcome to France! 🙄

For me is the best Techno Club in France 🇫🇷 The sound is incredible, and the DJs are also wonderful (specially in Secret Society Parties on Sundays) 😊 Moreover, the ambience is quite cool, their values are also really nice and the staff is amazing 💜 As a girl I've always felt safe, they offer cup covers in the bar and its amazing to see the cool vibe that everyone has.

Nice place, good sound, and its clean. Cool employed senior person at the toilet, aware security and sweet music. The crowd was smaller than expected but engaged. Cant help but wish for something more.

I was calling an uber trying to get home and the security guy shaked me, spilled all my beer ON PURPOSE that I bought for 6,50€ almost hit me - he just wanted me to get off his face for no reason. I wasnt aggressive or antyhing, I was just calling my ride home. After paying 15€ for the entrance not at all a nice behavior. I do not recommend at all

Great techno club and one of the best, if not the best rooftop in Lyon. The bar is great, the cocktails are high-end, the prices are fair, the staff is friendly, the events are well organised, their website is very well made. I spend a great time each time I return in there. It offers an inclusive plateforme, open space and chill vibe all at once! I highly recommend it!

Yelp
I like Le Sucre because the location and the concept are great, it's something Lyon was missing before and the bands that play there are good (Austra, ...) but on the downside, they're just a bit too full of themselves. The drinks are really expensive and the bar staff is pretentious and most of all, sooooo slooooow. I'd definitely go more often if the service and the value for money were better.
