"Located on a gorgeous, very private stretch of black-sand beach, Tahiti Pearl Beach Resort offers affordable, modern rooms, many of which feature spacious layouts, private Jacuzzis, and ocean views. Guests can also look forward a massive infinity pool, a luxurious spa, and meticulously maintained grounds, complete with fresh flowers and lush grass. The onsite Hita Mahana Restaurant and Bay Bar are outdoors but covered, offering sweeping views of the sunset across the ocean to Moorea. Note: This resort is very close to the airport so it’s ideal for those arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning."

Stayed at this hotel in April 2025. Our room was complementary upgraded to an ocean view, which was a wonderful surprise and so beautiful. It was a bit of a walk from the room to the restaurant and pool area, but it let us get our steps in for the days.||The staff was very welcoming, very friendly and very accommodating. Anyone who passed you at the restaurant or at the hallways, always said hello. The pup who runs off the many birds and roosters from the eating is adorable. ||The grounds are very beautiful, sitting on the very picturesque ocean. The breakfast buffet was never overly crowded, and had very plentiful choices, as well as traditional French Polynesian dishes. The food was very good, the fruit very fresh. Again, the staff was very friendly and often smiling. ||The room we had was very clean and spacious. The robes and slippers were also a very nice touch. The safe was very easy to utilize, with no issues.||The one and only downside (which is minimal): there is not much within walking distance from the hotel. You will need a car or a taxi. The closest point of interest is the lighthouse, which is approximately a $25 USD drive from the hotel to the lighthouse. ||Would absolutely love to be able to visit this hotel again. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

We only stayed for a night as we were island hopping to our next destination, but the hotel is very nice overall. The lobby is beautiful and the crafted goods souvenir shop is quite nice with better pearls jewelry prices than I found at pearl farms. Our room was huge, modern and comfortable. You could hear the waves from inside our closed room. The restaurant was lack luster and the staff weren’t the most friendly or welcoming. The black sand beach was near, but small, however it wasn’t busy which was nice. Good hotel for a quick stay over but probably not for your main staying hub for a longer time.

Loved the people and assistance. The only downside of the Hotel is that it is away from everything and you cannot walk down to anything (except the beach). It is expensive but that was expected. The Rooms were nice, we travelled with Kids and they arranged for a Sofa bed for the kids in a duplex. Kids did say that it was OK but not very comfortable, something that travellers can keep in mind when organising something similar. It not a deal breaker but a keep in mind.||Overall a good place to stay but very little to do in and around the hotel. Most Plesant staff to deal with were the staff at the front desk.

We were so excited to get to the hotel, but it’s so run down. From the outside, it looks like a motel in the US. The food was average at best, and completely overpriced for what you get. There is only one restaurant so you’re limited, or you can find a ride into town and get to another restaurant. The worst part was the cleanliness. I’ve attached photos of the pillows, the bed sheets, and the wooden blinds covering the room with the jacuzzi. There were mold spots on the wood, and questionable stains on the sheets. The resort seriously needs a facelift. The only saving grace was the friendliness of the staff. They care so much for their homeland and always greet with a smile.

The property is out of date and in need of a great deal of repair/maintenance. The furniture is very uncomfortable, mattress is good. Functional utility of floor plan is poor for the 2 story suites. No mini refrigerator. Closet space was useless, especially for luggage. The property is not worth the price point. The location of the property is in a beautiful location on the one hand, however it is about 9km out of town and not many choices to dine/shop nearby. We ended up taking a lot of taxi trips into town (about $20-25 each way). You are almost forced into eating at the hotel restaurant, which is horrible. The food is OK, but overpriced and the service is horrible. The restaurant manager, Pascaline was extremely rude and demeaning.

We stayed at Le Tahiti for two nights |We check into our room 3501 and it had the most amazing view Oceanfront. |The room was large and spacious. We unpacked in this beautiful room. They decorated the bed and had fresh flowers to celebrate our Anniversary. |The bedroom felt warm unlike the living area. We lowered the AC and left the room for a few hours. Upon returning the bedroom was still warm. |When we called reception they moved us to room 3506 ! |This room had a terrible view looking at roof of building below and some of the ocean. The wallpaper was ripped in the living area and upon making a cup of coffee when I turned the cup over it was stained with coffee . It had never been replaced. |When I went to the front desk to speak with the manager. She kept saying “ oh you don’t like the view” there is nothing we can do. I told her about the dirty cup and she sends someone up to the room. The lady takes the cup in the bathroom , rinses it drys it and replaces it ! |I told her that we could enjoy the first room and that a portable AC would be a good idea. She said we don’t have one and we don’t do repairs on weekends. |I said it would be nice if you let us have a complimentary dinner for all we had to put up with switching rooms right before we were going to dinner . She said we can’t do that and offered us a drink. To which I didn’t accept and was disappointed. Her name was Veae, she was not pleasant . |I would not recommend this hotel. Look elsewhere.

Not the best choice overnight . |A long way out of town, so their restaurant is the only offering. It was very busy with a wedding party and service was slow.|Staff were helpful . Security around the grounds. Probably wouldn't stay in this resort again. Definitely a lower standard than other pearl resorts.

Beautiful place to stay. A little further out from the city area, so you will need to rent a car if you want to go places. Otherwise super quiet and beautiful black sand beach. Pool is so relaxing as well. Only wish there was more to choose from for eating at other places.
